i believe this is an attempt to map the I2P network and maybe an attempt to reverse engineer connections...or it is just an attack to destroy the network...

i sadly cant port forward my firewalled addresses on my router, are there any other ways to improve my connections and remove the firewall status
There are not. But, it should work well enough even with firewall status.
You don't have an option for opening uPnP? Most ISP routers offer this.
But as Xpurple mentions, you should still be able to use it. I get the same on certain set ups and still works. 🤷
