Appreciate the track guide! Been into sim racing since the start of 2022 and these are hugely valuable. I'd love those boots too ;) Keep up the track guides pls!
I was really hoping you'd do this one in the Lambo so I could pick up some tips on a few corners where the rear view camera is extremely in the way and obscuring the apex 🙈
Awesome - 1.5 seconds in a day Is amazing. Imagine 3 days! Don’t forget you can download my ghost car from my discord to practice against (link in the description)
Good luck with your practice. Those symptoms sound like car balance issues causing a loss of grip. This is usually caused by being too abrupt / rough with your inputs (though without seeing your driving I’m just guessing).
@@FindingSpeed thanks for answering my comment! Probably my inputs aren't so smoth, also I think is lack of confidence. I am planning toi have a coaching session with you, so I can get all the valuable advices from you after seeing my driving hahahaha
Awesome content mate! - Very new to iRacing myself and this really helps me see the marks and strategise about the track even before I sit on my rig! Thank you. Quick question tho, you can’t see some of the apexes; I am racing on VR and I guess I will be able to see them. Does that change anything?
Thanks for the kind words. Regarding apexes - you always want to be watching them approach. Keep flitting your eyes to the breaking points and turning points, but you always want to be looking down the track towards your next apex.
Thanks for the video!! Just for reference, what setup were you using? Was it an iRacing setup like High Downforce Sprint? I'm about 3 seconds off your pace with that setup
Hello, Thanks for the video. I am fairly new to Iracing and GT racing, however you keep saying "You can see the APEX" i can not see the apex. Can you please help me understand what it is you are seeing. Also, is it good to follow the racing lines in Iracing? i can seem to break 141.5 on this track and i think i am following the lines pretty well. I am struggling on this track. Thanks again for the video.
It’s a good guide but why are you telling people to use tyre marks on the road that come and go as braking points when every single one that you showed had a permanent track landmark to use such as a 50/100m board or the beginning of green stuff next to rumble strips. Using tyre marks on the track as your braking points is perhaps the worst way to set your braking points

Nothing to say really, just commenting so hopefully the great algorithm in the sky might show your channel to more people. Good video as always!
Praise the algorithm (and you for manipulating it) 🙏🏻
Another great track guide...I'd be lost without this secret sauce!
Thanks for watching. Hope the sauce cooks up a good result 🏁
Wow...just shaved a whole second off my time and running pretty consistently. Thanks!
That’s incredible - really pleased it’s helping 🏁
Thanks again..reciting Russel Barnes's voice in my head as I practice 😆
Haha. Just don’t forget the special sauce in sector 3 🥫

Thanks for watching and good luck with your sim racing career (and prize draw)!

The Ferrari has a nice clear view, so you'll find this really useful - just watch the car positioning on the track for comparison with your Lambo.
Love that you rep Asetek! I'm a fan
I really need this week's track guide. Sector 3 is killing my times. Also glad to see it's in the 488 Evo as that's my main car.
Sector 3 is a BEAST. Hope it helps!
Awesome video as always. 1.38.2 is my best in the BMW this week. last corner is my nemesis though, I'm loosing soooo much time there.
Great lap Stephen! It’s a monster, but easier with a really, really light brake foot. Really hard to get consistently.
There is no real breaking marker as such there either, it's more of a feel thing I guess aswel.
Learnt the track this morning. Did a 1:40.8
After guide 1:39.3
Maybe i can get bellow 1:39, but a 1:37 seems impossible.

Great guide, but I can't make it hahahha I have to brake harder and take the corners at a lower speed.. plenty of room to improve for me

Nicely done. Some taxi guides go on far too long. You didn’t ramble, just included the relevant comments. Great drug stuff.
Thanks for watching 🏁
Awesome track guide!
Thanks John. Hope you’re having a good week of racing 🏁

Thanks. Just the standard Sprint setup - the one used for fixed racing.
T15 is a guessing game, been running the 919 this past week and I can't see shit.
Yeah - it’s tough even in VR I’d imagine. Gotta use those tyre and skid marks to create markers - only way I could get any consistency.

The tyre marks I refer to are permanent. Good luck with your races.
