if you want to direct monitor in mono from your Stomp and bring less gear, you can also do this as I explained in my video (and if you want to also use the send to amp you can use a Behringer P1, it mixes 2 signals and it's cheap) ruclips.net/video/k-91OR0628w/видео.html
Disappointed! I thought you were going to let us know a work around for the latency. I have a full iem setup but wanted to use the send as a feed to the amp before the amp/cab simulation and the send to the pa/monitoring after the simulation but time aligned properly. Your solution (just live with it) is probably the one I'll end up with too!
Hey! Thanks for watching. If I understand what you are trying to do, I would use a SEND in front of the AMP/CAB modules to your AMP, and your Main Out(s), including the whole signal patch, to the Front of House. That should work without any latency.
@@twistieonbass i say he meant latency with his pc. All he can do is reduce the DAW setting to 16bit buffer if his pc will allow it. That or have a separate 2 channel headphone mixer. One for headphone out of HX and other for DAW send with band mix minus his track. Mac users can combine multiple audio interfaces so you can just plug your HX in via USB record and monitor through HX headphone out with no latency in a studio setting.
I use this trick a lot in rehersal studios for using the HX Stomp as an in ear monitor.
Great video! Exactly what I was looking for and bonus points for being a bassist too haha!
Awesome!! Thanks for taking the time to watch. (And I'll take the bonus points 🙂)

@@gianni.chiarello awesome! Thanks for the feedback and the link to your vid. Great insight

@@daithidebarradb Thanks for the clarification. I'm using a Mac, so that is probably why I don't get that latency.
