    Culture fit seems to discriminate against neurodiverse people who could add much to the company but simply have a different communication style

    Look why cultural fit is a BS.Every company has it but only a few are the best of the best companies.Then what happens? Oooh the recruiter knows the cultural fit what happened? They build the same again and again as they see the things...cultural fit into one persons mind.
