Your Quick 5 to 10 min videos have been more effective in just 4 months. I’m so excited to see my results in another 4 months. Thank you so much for your content. I agree completely! I’ve been on a steady schedule of incorporating this exercise with some of Baileys cardio and other 5 minute videos. After 4 weeks, I’m noticing a chance in my muscles, muscle strength and cardio. I never would have achieved the same results with weights - they’re just not my thing and my body prefers the Pilates method. Can’t wait to see the results in another month!
I agree! And the all energy boost. At 41 everything I knew about staying in shape did a complete 180 and I had to shake my body up lol I love Bailey and her burns. The challenge is real and so are the results!

I agree with all the people who follow you Bailey you are one of the best, there are lots of you tube videos out there, but I tend to follow you more than anyone and lately it’s been mostly your workouts, I work nights and I used to get stressed to leave work early enough to get to the gym before the studio filled up for the strength training classes, but now I don’t mind getting to the gym a little late because then I think awesome I can do some of bbfit workouts, it’s really like you say quick and effective I’m getting good results in my body, feeling stronger and even longer. I feel like the results of these workouts are making me feel better than the gym workouts. I’ve shared you with so many people friends people at work and even some people at the gym. So thank you Bailey for your awesome teaching, queuing of the moves to keep our form right so when we do the exercises they are really effective. Thank you for all you do, it’s awesome and I’m so glad I stumbled into you on RUclips. That’s how I heard of you, your workouts are well over a 5 star,
I absolutely love this! I injured my back in 2019 and I have struggled with keeping in shape since then. I’ve been doing this work out for about 11 days now alternating with one of your other butt workouts. My kids and my husband say my butt is already taking a new shape. I absolutely love it. Cellulite is disappearing! Thank you for these amazing workouts!

I LOVE your workouts!! I’ve been doing at least one a day and I am totally seeing results! My only issue is when I’m doing butt workouts, i often feel the burn in my other leg that’s supporting rather than the leg that’s in the air. Is this normal?
I loved this workout! My only problem is that during the side booty exercise, I feel the side doing nothing more than the active side. Am I doing something wrong?
