    How to grow muscles in general?
    I tried low rep, high rep, with low and high weight alternatively. I also tried all sets with failures, then only last two sets with failures, but I don't seem to grow any muscles or get any definitions on my body.

      But this will be over in 30 mins, either you try hard and finish in 30 mins or try mediocre and finish in 1 hr +
