I believe the FSCA is the one that is failing the forex industry and the people because if licensing and regulations were taken seriously in the educational side of trading we would have less scammers taking advantage of the people, how do you compare a franchise/business industry that needs licensing and has regulations to run to a industry that anyone can just wake up tomorrow and start without any licensing and regulations, The FSCA is failing thats why people are taking an advantage of this industry.

I think that the FSCA should have soft regulations, using sufficiently led interns, that start whilst industry issues are small and grow from there in regulating that particular industry. What they do is more like a harsh reaction without accurate facts because they now realise that the problem is much bigger and they are a little too late and they are not sure where to get correct info.
