    This digital chorus has been designed from the ground up to have the voicing and meticulous attention to detail that you expect from Keeley products. The Seafoam Chorus has a small footprint with a huge range of versatility. It's perfect for subtle and smooth or splashy and exotic; with the controls -- Rate, Depth, Tone, and Blend, it's simple to find your creative muse with this tone tool. With professionals and studios in mind we have employed several innovations that set this chorus above the rest. This unique design is powered by the Ericson ES56033 and uses a opto-coupler for a smooth sounding depth control. A tone control that lets you go from shimmery to smooth warmth. A Blend control that lets you go from Chorus to Pitch Vibrato!

    Great demo, John, thanks for not playing just your usual "80's-type of arpeggio thing" with this pedal for this demo.

    Why is that guy using tremolo arm in chorus demo?

    • @tpzid
      @tpzid 10 лет назад +9

      And why not??? One is an effect, one is technique. Why is he using a pick???

      Just free your mind. Think outside the box. There are no rules how to play music!

      Tom Pernal Chorus/vibrato effect changes a pitch and whammy bar also changes a pitch. It's hard to listen how the pedal works alone. It's almost the same thing using tremolo effect and in the same time work with volume knob.
      Technique??? What are you talking about? It's enough to listen his "playing" first 15 seconds. Listen carefully!

      Briand Arabaca Oh, thanks for advice. You are genius but not here.
      I came to listen exactly inside the box but not the music.
      Did I say anything about music rules?

    I would have preferred if the pedal was in the effects loop and not before the input, chorus sounds best after the drive, because why would you want to distort your chorus?

      Actually both are valid and done on famous records or live all the time. It depends on what you need.

    I'm searching for what I call a "ginger-ale" tone; light, sparkly, bright...I hear it in the opening of "Is This Love?" by Whitesnake, and in the bridge of "Tokyo Rose" by Idol Eyes...near as I can tell, it is Strat/single coil (middle pup?) through a chorus...what do you all think?....I'm in heavy composing mode, 5 years after a "situation"...wanting to record soon. My main axe is an old Tak 12-string...against its lush tones, I want my electrics to cut thru in the mix...thus my search for my "ginger-ale" tone!
