Thank you for sharing this video. Here's one attempt at articulating my rhythmic challenge. When, playing handpan for example, my hands seem to want to do the same thing all the time, i.e. together at the same time. On top of that, some rhythmic patterns seem easier with one hand than the other. Sometimes I wonder if the root of this issue has something to do with how the two hemispheres of my brain interact. Lastly, I struggle with "inwardly feeling" a steady beat, and so added to this, having to move my hands and fingers around at the same time, makes the whole thing difficult. While watching this video and practicing along, I noticed that I could keep a steady clap but the up/down position of my hands soon became different than his. I know you asked for my #1 challenge; I just happen to have three #1 challenges. Thanks again for the post.

I would suggest working on some rhythms that alternate your right and left hands. Paradiddles and other drum rudiments could be very helpful for you.

Yacine Brahimi can you be more specific on what the exact problem is?

Yes, when I sing with the rhythm, I am not even equal to the rhythm faster and I am also late in entering with the rhythm. Is this one of the best rhythmic exercises?

I really want that tambourine Glen was playing at the start of the video, the one with the clear plastic and Tom like sounding bass.... does anybody know what kind of tambourine that is? And where to get one?
