Bought their cd in 2001, and after years of alternative music mortal decay I can see that Lillies' painful depression aged well and turned into lighthouse over our oversimplified cheap-joy existence. BTW, Wonderful performance, Thanks!
Still the most memorable thing I have ever seen on stage was the Shockhead Peter set by these guys. I took three friends who were so reluctant to go as they were not particularly live performance fans . They still talk about that night today ! - must be I suppose 15 years ago. Magnificent stuff.

I still chuckle about Shockheaded Peter to this day. One of the best and funniest performances I've ever seen. I was brought up reading the Brothers Grimm and love that darkness. That mixture of vaudeville, circus, dark humour and incredible talent makes The Tiger Lillies enduring, fascinating and and without equal.
