OP 4 is so amazing, it made me so hype when I first heard it and it's really the turning point of season 2! However, OP 5 is my second favourite! As already commented, Burnout Syndromes are the artists behind the last 3 so it makes sense that they all have a similar tone
Fly high is definetly my favorite and the spring version is a piece of art! I can not stop imagine it as a song for graduation, with cherry blossom. But they all are so good and it brings back so memories all the emotions I felt when I watch the episodes :losing against seijo, the camp training and all the new friendships, winning against seijo this time, the match against shiratorizawa absolute madness (Tsukki MVP!!) and finally the national which just started and already epic! Can't wait for the twins and can't wait seeing the rest in animation since I've already saw the manga. Anyways I love your reaction !! Great idea. Do the same for the ending!!

i never get why people skip openings and eds i like to hear them as series is going on as it hypes me for the episode and get me in the zone. if this is only to make a reaction video out of it before or after i can understand for RUclipsrs to do that.
usually im already hyped up to watch certain shows and i dont want to overplay the opening especially if i love it as even your favourite songs gets tiring if its always on the radio. Might be just me personally but i only listen to it if i wanna get in the mood like you said. But i always find my self listening to my favourite openings in my own time so everyone's different i guess.

opening 3 Believer is so underrated i think its the best. When they show other schools looking at karasuno dead serious it pumps me up and i realize that they made soo progress.

Opening 3 when the viewers got a pov scene playing as a Nekoma player is brilliant! Can't wait for the second half of season 4! I wonder how they'll animate that one super sweaty match.
To be honest, the op 4 is my favorite. The song is by the band burnout syndrome, those guys are awesome, and for me that op become a symbol for the fandom. There are some other versions of the last 3 opening, they are acoustic versions and in my opinion it conveys a huge emotion that is the type of emotion that Haikyuu conveys too.
My Ranking is: 1st - Hikariare (Op5), 2nd - Fly High (Op4), 3rd - Oh Yeah (Op2), 4th - Phoenix (Op6), 5th - Believer (Op3) and in Last - Imagination (Op1). Imagination is from Spyair, Oh Yeah is from Sukima Switch and from Believer to Phoenix is Burnout Syndromes. Hope i could help ❤️

Depending on some anime’s, the opening and endings show spoilers so sometimes people just skip them which I think is understandable
