Disappointed that you stopped selling the jp40. I have two was planning on a third but no longer available. So I’m thinking of getting a xs power xmax45. Because I’m still getting voltage drops while sitting idle if my rpm isn’t over 1500
@ currently under hood xs agm 6500 320 amp alternator two big 3s two power runs 1/0 ofc sky high wire frame grounds 6 6.0 ltos in trunk on a bass 8k Taramps two wolfram au v3 15s does well I like the fast recharge rate I can beat on it at red lights like crazy strong 14s
@@michaelvita8 Nice, I have a Mechman 370 1/0 OFC to an SMD distribution block going to two XS 3400 batteries. 1/0 OFC going to frame and big three. Feeding a JP28-4 and ARC 1200x2 amps and an Audiocontrol DSP for Sinfoni mids and highs in front of my Tundra and Deaf bonce mids and sundown highs in the back. With two JLW3T10 subs under the back seat. I wanted to know if I swapped to an LTO setup, if I needed a convertor or something for them.
JP i have a couple of questions. will the DOWN4SOUND | D4S LTO 6.0 - 12V Lithium Battery charge with a stock car alternator or will i need to charge it separately? i have a 2007 honda fit and it has a low 80a output alternator. sometimes i notice if certain bass notes hit it goes into low voltage and cuts out so i have to immediately turn down the volume. will the DOWN4SOUND | D4S LTO 6.0 - 12V Lithium Battery prevent the low voltage cut out? thanks for any help and great videos i learn a lot watching them.
FAQ…….06 Ranger ex cab. BrodyMan is running 2-ZV5 12” on two JP23v2 strapped. I have two LTOs but factory battery and alternator. I’m not dipping that bad but it’s gets down to 13.1-13.2. What the best way to keep taht closers to 14.4
I have 2 LTOs as well with with full throttle battery up front big 3 and 370 brand x alternator running 2 X15s power by sundown saz3500 and it also deeps to 13.1 at full tilt so I’ve been considering moving to lithium this time
JP wasting no time to get us some good advice for 2025. Looking at options to build a friends single sub system. She loves music that slaps. Thinking of going with a sundown or dc audio.
The first Question you can take your remote wire for the amp and connect it to the head unit power wire.
Any advancements on 48V amps for vehicles like cybertruck or any more car manufactures that may swap to 48V in the future?
My bass knob has turned my amp on and off for some time now lol. The knob presses in for on and off feature and rotates for gain
Is it a jp amp? Because that only turns the bass knob on/off. It would be cool if it worked with the amp. I can turn my amps off on my dsp
@@Pittsburgh-412 there are bass knobs that switch the remote wire when it’s turned all the way counter clockwise
@TrillMurray ya I had one in the past
Will the D4S LTO batteries play nice with Tesla 16V Li-ion?

Them lto batteries are awesome
Do you have to have a special charging system for Lithium? I have XS 3400 batteries now.
