I wish James would make more videos with his son. They are the most in-depth non- bias videos. We all know every boat has its pros and cons, and he shows them. Some boats are better for certain applications than others. James, please, more videos.
Although your travels are reportedly "Stressful" at times, I enjoy the sights and calmness of your reports. I would surely love to take the place of Distin. I have always loved the Seas/Water, but have never immersed myself to a level of investment as you two have. I am jealous to some level, but completely sated in your travels.
@@havaseas i have that stuff in a binder just behind the helm but they never asked me for it at that bridge.....that i can remember. i am on 475-48. i think we were sitting next to you at the anchorage just before you were hauling the boat for svc in palm beach.
Eric is going to do a little video to explain what happened. But basically the steering ram came unbolted and fell off. It is now on our engine room check list.
I had the same thing happen on my Carver 370 in a rough lake pontchartrain. Dropped anchor and was nearly sea sick by the time i had it repaired. It is now on my frequent things to check list.
We will have to keep an eye out for you! Question: I know a lot of people watch the videos wishing they were on a boat. What gets you watching boat channels?
I do have to say she was nice. Nice goes a long way with me. It was just funny and a bit confusing. I was a little more concerned that Eric didn’t know we were headed north. 🤣

@DoctorNordhavn James does do great videos!
Excellent travels, the Bridge operator 😳 ( Bless her Heart ) 🤣😂
Yes! She got us both thru…
Great video, always loved James’s honest wealth of knowledge in his videos.
He has incredible knowledge and energy!
I like James’s dry sense of humour
It is fun to watch his face…. His eyes tell a lot!

Thank you so much! You have it correct that Distin has the best role on the boat!
Been waiting on your next video, was not disappointed.
Hope you enjoyed the ride!
ahh this is bringing back some memories. i did this trip with bernie this past may.

Yes! We remember you! We have been asked for documentation every time at that bridge. Weird.
Beautiful 50!! Thank you
Thank you! She is a pretty boat. Getting prettier too!
Did you ever report on the steering issue ?
