Does your freezer have a temp control dial, I know it sounds so stupid to assume you haven't checked but this happened to me and someone mentioned a dial and it was like a light bulb moment for me LOL. Also sometimes you can turn down the fridge dial and it will adjust the freezer depending on the age of the appliance.
