Super Blue Moon Rising - Byron Bay

Tonight I captured the Last Blue Super Moon until 2029. It was a spectacular moment with cloud above, even rain & we even got some lightning which you can see on the lighthouse of this video. But that said, all the elements came together for me tonight. I saw the cloud coming across with a big rain bank & all i could do was hope for the best & my hope worked. The horizon was clear & I managed to Capture the Full Blue Super Moon rising behind Cape Byron Lighthouse. The last Full Blue Super Moon I captured was in 2015 & it was amazing & this Blue Moon is the last we will see until 2029. What a special moment.
Tonight I was positioned 3.8 km from Byron Bay Lighthouse on Belongil Beach, Byron Bay. I used the App PhotoPills to help me locate the point to capture from & it all came together.
Equipment: ‪@canonanz‬ Canon 600mm is II, Canon 2X extender, series iii, using a Canon 5D Mark iii. Shot in raw, processed in Lightroom & blended in Cyberlink Power Director & Adobe Premiere Pro.
I captured the 2015 Full Blue Super Moon in Byron Bay & to date it would be my most famous Video so I really hope you like this years one :-)
