Yes and no. NECA made two different version of their 1/4 Deadpool, A standard version and an Ultimate version. The ultimate came with all the extras, which this figure is based on, however it is missing the sad and the combat knife. Interestingly enough thee is also a 7-inch knockoff of the standard version that comes with fewer accessories. You can also buy that one online.
Yeah, I remember when they first started popping up online. I would've bought it back then, but I believe the first release didn't come with all the extras of the 18-inch Ultimate version so I skipped it. I was pleasantly surprised to see they scaled down the extra accessories for this release so I figured it was finally time to jump on it.
I hear that! I would've been happy if he was at least in a true 7-inch scale like the rest of NECA's offerings! I think he would pair up very nicely with The Boys action figures.
Totally agree. If he was the same size as the Defenders of the Earth Figures or the NECA DC Super Heroes line it would probably be the best Deadpool figure out there minus the bootleg issues. I know during the development process, figures are scaled up 10% where articulation and details can be refined before they are finally scaled down to their appropriate size. I think that's what stage this figure is technically at.
I got the 1/4 scale XForce version for my 4 year old... yardsale only 50 bucks! Lol my son barely uses it because that motherfucker is so heavy. This looks like the mini version of it.
What a steal! Was it brand new? NECA's quarter scale figures are no joke, which is why I've never purchased any. However, I will be all over their TMNT Giant-sized Krang with Android body whenever they decide to solicit that figure.
@alanthecollector yes it was LIKE NEW, in box and just displayed on their shelf. It was my local Facebook yardsale. I'm thinking he bought the one our local comic store stocked or something. Then took a 50-70 dollar loss to sell it to my son.
Aliexpress or eBay. A quick google search will also get you where you need to go as well. I should mention you are buying at your own risk, however I have never had an issue with Aliexpress. I hope this helps.
I don’t really have any standard sized Marvel Selects in my collection, but I do own quite a few diamonds select offerings. He’s about eight inches so I imagine he should be about a half inch to an inch taller than most Marvel Selects. I hope this helps!
@@jamestolentino5436 Though I don't own the Marvel Select Deadpool, This figure sculpt and articulation wise I think is much better. If you get it, let me know what you think!
@@Kneecaps-007 The Boys is a favorite of mine as well. Hopefully they get to completing the rest of the main members of The SE7EN and Butcher at the very least.
It's definitely a bootleg in the sense that it was likely made without NECA's permission, but it's also unique in that a Deadpool figure in this scale by NECA does not actually exist. The figure itself is pretty well made considering its origins.
So is everyone making money in their channels with the heading of “Woke” on their thumbnail? It’s almost like they have to meet a quota on their channel Smh
What a solid review! Not too much over-editing, concise, informative. Great work!
That means a lot! I appreciate the positive feedback! If there anything I could do to improve my videos please let me know! Thanks for watching.
this is literally a shrunk down version of Deadpool from the NECA quarter scale line with more accessories

This figure reminds me a lot of the toybiz Deadpool
I can see that. The black wash on this figure is definitely reminiscent of the detail Toybiz used o add to their Marvel Legends. Thanks for watching!
03:38 yeah….needs to be more rich, Corinthian leather than bleached, bondage strap left out in the desert sun leather! 😂
I salute you sir! 🤣I read that in the voice of Deadpool! Perfect reply! Thanks for watching!
i bought this figure about 5 years ago unfortunately its not an offical neca product still a badass dp figure but still

@@alanthecollector totally agree there bud
Can you also give me the link to the seller you bought from
if only he was a tad bit smaller he would be perfect

@@alanthecollector Not sure about 10% but usually everything is made at twice the scale so they can get the details right. It's called a "two up". =D
I remember the 18 inch version of this guy
I've only seen the 18 inch version once in person. That thing was a beast! I much prefer having the smaller version in my collection!
Yeah your back
Glad to be back! Thanks for watching!

Does it scale well with the marvel selects?

As do I! What is your favorite line from them to collect? Mine is the Predator line, followed closely by their TMNT lines.
