The goal of TRT is not to give men high T levels. The goal is to reduce symptoms of low T. Gel can do this with lower side effects than injections. There's a low chance to be a nonresponder. Gel can be applied wherever you like. Application sites with high absorption rate will see more of a short spike. Application sites with low absorption rate will see even T levels over a longer period of time. Highest absorption rate is scrotum. 2 pumps morning on upper arms and 2 pumps evening on stomach works really well for many since the skin has more time to recover before next application.
