Noticed in ex. has u just counted hits you did not differentiate bw type of targets. However, IIRC critical hits only occur on naval units. So if one of those was on the air units no crit...correct? Will leave a question on adding to anti-air strength in Consimworld to save space here.

Should there have been flak resolution from Pearl Harbor before the aircraft attack damage was resolved?
Lots of special rules for Pearl Harbor, but no.
Who determines casualties on hits?
If ships are in groups, the attacking player picks 3 ships (1st, 2nd and 3rd). Then the hits are equally distributed among those, starting with 1st.
