This is a detail I discovered myself Before the mission where you find out that Kieren has died: if you go to an o'Driscoll camp, you can actually hear them talking about how they are going to attack shady belle
They really created a world with this game. Like actual places, stories and people with depth like that of our real world. It’s insane the amount of work they put into this.
@@yousseftarek9015 my opinion will piss people off even tho I love rdr2. It has many flaws in gameplay and story. When you dissect it the only thing it honestly does the best at is the open world but other than that it’s a meh prequel that have brought plot holes and returning characters are mistreated along with the whole gang being not used aside from the main 3-4. Gameplay elements have been downgraded from the first game and gun fights are just so easy no challenge at all. To me it’s just an average game with the best open world experience and graphics is top notch too. I’d say it’s on my top 10 favorite game lists.
@@360eradaryl7 this game was the first of its kind to make you care about 20 different characters. Some you know would be dying anyway lol you can talk to strangers. They remember you. There’s so much to talk about regarding this game. There are so many storylines within. There are so many different mysteries. This game is STILL surprising us
It would be great if RDR3 took us further back to the early wild west. Have more native American or continental railroad involvement would be cool. John's story and his sons puts us at the end so, it is difficult furthering the wild west with the martsons. Of course having younger versions make an appearance would be nice.
@@Xsx_dream Very much would be an enjoyable experience, since with RDR2 and RDR1 we saw Dutch's downfall, so seeing his rise to power and forming a family with the gang would be cool. It seems he had a different journey from like Author and John who redeemed themselves at thier end, while Dutch seemed to have faded away and become worse overtime. Younger version can showcase some physiological barriers that affected him and led to the Dutch that betrayed his gangs wellbeing.
With John's hat seems more like a prop than anything else. I mean the store in Valentine where you get food and cigarettes from has TWO of Arthur Morgan's hats hanging in the back.
I’m playing right now and just left from there time to ride back and look Edit: it’s really there I have never noticed that and I have completed it so many times
Pretty sure the old man is a slave “catcher” not a slave owner. Though he maybe would owned slaves but the main crux of the mission is discovering he was a slave catcher so it’s an important distinction.
Not sure if it counts as a secret, but if you go into photo mode the 1st time you meet Beau Gray (before the cutscene) you can read a poem to Penelope and see a sketch he did in his notebook.
I’ve played over 800 hours, over 6 runs, and got 100% twice, and the other day I came across ‘the king’ in the tree at the top of the map for the first time…. I’d read about him on Reddit but never actually found him. I love that I’m still finding stuff in this game after so long
I fear that *if* rdr3 were to have Black Belle as a protagonist, it would be badly received by players because it abandons any further exploration of the tale of Dutch's gang. Remember, Arthur, who has been with Dutch since the gang started, didn't know about Jim Boy's gang, so the gangs have never crossed paths before.
Besides making another prequel, I think a RDR game with a protagonist outside of Dutch’s gang would be quite refreshing. New gangs, new locations, and new characters could make for a phenomenal fresh experience if the game is anything like how RDR2 was. Black Belle could work as a protagonist, but it really doesn’t matter as long as they’re well written and interesting.
@@paris-ml1gy yes, and we could see the protagonist crossing pass with the gang for parts of the story, as we can get to see the gang from an outsiders perspective which would be interesting and could help avoid any plot holes as the protagonists isn't part of the gang.
I don;t know if others have commented this, but in camp, whenever Arthur tries to pet the other member's horses, he is always anxious in a way. Mind you the horses are loyal to their own riders so patting them could be risky. But the most interesting aspect is if you try to pet Dutch's white horse, named The Count, the horse always walks away. I believe in chapter one someone says how that horse is only loyal to Dutch.
@@snipedude4953 arthur morgan says " i tried to ride the count once, bucked me faster than a bull, won't take anyone but dutch " he tells this to charles on the ride back from getting the 2 deer for pearson.
6:36 that scene was so much more dope, the music really intensifies the scene. I appreciate that you try to make the video more fun and cool than just listing 5 things and be done, thank you for that
Also it's amazing how much space rockstar gave themselves with this game, it can go backwards to learn more about the gunslingers before the gang(black belle etc) and it can go forward with Sadie and Charles leading the charge after red dead redemption was set
Yeah I think the idea is to keep the familiar of the cast near. So you can go back and play a third member of the gang they don't often talk about as Dutch and Hosea form the gang and adopt Arthur and John. Or play where the O'Driscoll gang and the Van Der Lind Gang team up to ride together. OR play a young Javier in Mexico that way you can see his back story and eventual exile.
@@viccas7180 I would send you a link to the comparison between Belle's cabin and the leaked one but yt would probably think the link is malware or somethin
Yeah, it was a leaked photo of Arthur standing in front of her cabi wearing John's hat, presumably because they haven't created his own hat's prop yet.
@@zacshelton539 Highly doubt that Black Belle will be the main character, we know nothing about her other than the fact that she's been married multiple times and encountered Jim "Boy" Calloway at some point
@@zacshelton539 I've always wanted to see Landon Ricketts as the 3rd game's protagonist. He's such a cool character, and has a lot of important backstory, mainly because he was at the Blackwater massacre, and could as well have met most of Van der Linde gang members (excluding John, or course). Maybe we could see younger versions of Hosea and Dutch, or even Arthur as a teenager.
I believe that Compson was a slave catcher, not owner. He talks about having a profession and being a good worker. Owners probably didn't do much work.
Definitely the last, "Madam Nazar" was my favorite. She is such an interesting, unique character. The fact that the game went more in depth with an online npc as well makes it that much better. I love how realistic and grounded this game often is.. yet doesn't shy away from presenting us with events, characters, secrets, etc. like these that involve the supernatural, paranormal, witchcraft, good/evil, etc. I love it, gives the game so many more layers! RDR2, even after years doesn't stop impressing me. Great video :]
I love Nazar, hah. I swear they added that Naturalist nutjob of a woman just to offset the amount of love Nazar was getting. It also helps that with Madam Nazar came the most efficient way to make money in RDO lol
This is my all time favorite Red Dead Redemption 2 channel to follow. Fell in love with RDR2 on release and by now have from countless playthroughs have seen most of the world's secrets. However, I'll come watch these videos and find something new I hadn't before and get a good chuckle out of the fact I might have to do another playthrough just to see it. These videos are truly well dedicated, edited, and made from the heart of a real Red Dead admirer. That I can tip my hat too Strange Man. Keep the videos coming and so will I!
Yeah, that was seriously clickbaity for Strange Man. Not a fan of that type of thing. Could’ve just stated “Hey, John’s hat appears here” and left it at that.
So this is a detail rather than a secret, but, I discovered some dialogue the other night. On Guarma, if you do the mission to free the workers before going through the cave with Dutch, Arthur will talk about it. Also, people around Saint Denis, will talk about a fortune teller (Madam Nazar) in the story mode. Sucks they didn't put her in the main game.
Isnt the fortune telling machine in the crashed circus wagon (the one with the two headed skeleton) that you can find in the epilogue somthing to do w Madam Nazar? if you punch it it will come to life and tell your fortune.
Right. In my opinion that's where they should've started from the beginning. The concept of a gang surviving the downfall of the wild west is cool and all but rockstar could've seriously hit a home run by making the story in the 1870s, the golden era of the wild west and outlaws
RDR3 can be a game that takes place when the Wild West was in the prime, a shit ton of bandits and gangs roaming around, less civilized, even when you go into the towns, its filled with many crooks and more unpleasant people. Public duels are everywhere, there'll be robberies and such in the Wild West. It could take place somewhere in Arizona or Texas or wherever, as long as it nicely describes the "Wild West". As for small towns, there'll be gang attacks on the towns, bandits trying to kill and rob the entire town, and of course the law will be protecting the innocent and hunting down criminals. As for story, it could be a nice prequel to the Van Der Linde gang or it could be a prequel to Ricketts (a famous gunslinger that has appeared in RDR1 and Undead Nightmare and also has appeared in a cigarette card or conversation in RDR2), either way, if it's a brand new story of a new character that is in a gang or a bounty hunter that hunt down criminals (Similar to Red Harlow, except he fought for revenge), then later on becoming a bounty placed on this protagonist by some corrupt official or whoever for a crime the mc never did (or framed). It could be an interest game but who knows
I like this too, or...go forward to the 1920s prohibition era West where you play as Jack Marston. There is a lot that can be done with that time period as well.
If a third RDR is to be made during the height of the Old West, then I think it should have a more heavy focus on the legends and gunslingers of the West that are mentioned across both RDR games, at their most notorious. So Black Belle sure, along with Landon Ricketts, Otis Miller, and so forth.
As a matter of fact in Valentine's general store you can find Arthur's hat, hinting that Valentine's general store owner could be the protagonist of RDR3, the details in this game never fails to amaze me 😍
I was really hoping there was more to the 'withered arm' story, like how he died or how his body ended up in the swamp, yet never got eaten by gators... Also, I think the gorilla was leaving the taxidermist's place being shipped somewhere else, considering that it was already taxidermied, posed and mounted. If it was being shipped to her, it would just be a carcass.
Tbh the withered arm story very likely isn’t really the uncle Reginald. The deputy said that his uncle had a small hand on the end of an adult arm. The body in the swamp has a fully small arm and hand.
@@edgarruppel3344 Yeah, I noticed that too, but it could just be an oversight... writers and graphic developers not communicating. Either way, I think there must be some story behind it since it's significant enough to make it an inspectable item that gets drawn on the map. All of the other points of interest like it are either significant landmarks, part of a treasure hunt, have an explanation, or are self explanatory. I refuse to believe that this is just some random dead guy, especially when there are other random dead people in the world that do have backstories yet aren't inspectable points of interest.
@@KC.45 Ok... I'm not sure what that has to do with the withered arm guy, but the "BOI" didn't exist yet in 1907, Ross and Foreman were working for the Pinkertons at the time. After the story of RDR2, they quit the Pinkerton agency and got jobs at the newly founded "BOI". That's why they have different badges.
The thing is, most games WOULD have this much care if they had the time and money to make them. This game was in development for several years and being made by one of the richest game companies around
@@cinemaspire7258 True, too often publishers and investors rush the devs or force them to remove features and you end up with a shell of what a game could've been, it's a sad thing
I dunno about the first one. Yes, the arm is messed up, but the guy doesn't match the description given by Archibald. He isn't dressed like a preacher nor a sheriff, in fact he is dressed more like a field hand or one of those guys living out in the swamps, which makes perfect sense considering where you find his body. The body itself is also very fresh, indicating he died shortly before Arthur finds it or at the most shortly before the game itself starts, while by Archibald's tone we can take his uncle died a long time ago, and why the hell would he ever roam so far away from Rodhes, anyway? I think it's mostly a coincidence.
I Think He's Went Missing But When We Get There The Braithwaites Killed Him Far From Rhodes So Nobody Finds The Corpse And Dressing Him Like After He Died That So That There's No Visible Blood And If People Find Him They Think His Looks Are A Coincidence Or Maybe They Thought He Died But The Braithwaites Slaved Him For A Few Years Than Killed Him
Honestly it would make sense for them to do RDR3 next because with the scale that they were planning for GTA6 I think they're just stuck on development. Speaking from my own experience as a writer aswell the less contained the world is the harder it is to write for. It's why you only see it really covered in the fantasy genre.
I hope RDR3 is set before the blackwater robbery, I want to see how the gang formed, how Dutch and Trelawney came to be, how they found each of the gang members, betrayals, hardships, good times, building the family we know as the Van Der Linde gang. I want to see the backstory of the O’Driscolls, see why exactly we are rivals, I want everything. We’d get to see young Arthur, maybe even John at young Jack’s age. I think it would make an awesome game, playing as Dutch or Trelawney or Hosea, maybe even more than one like in GTA V.
I believed if we could have RDR3, then it's about a different set of characters. I know Van der linde gang are famous to fan but let be honest the story of them was over. Maybe we can still have their younger version in the next game but the protagonist wouldn't be related to them. Like Landon Ricketts, he was involved in the Blackwater massacre.
@@duongtran9995 id say the story isnt exactly over. theres still a lot that happened before we started playing as arthur, so there'd be many possible events especially because the gang was around for awhile
This game, and TLOU2, are the 2 games where I could see and actually feel how the characters feel, how they evolve, their pain, their jokes, their silence... Arthur's conversations about his life are by far the best written dialogues I've seen even in movies. You feel his redemption path. I almost cried with red dead's ending (I did cry with TLOU1 & 2 🤷🏻♂️). Games like these are the reason why I can't play many games nowadays and say they're great, because the bar is too daaamn high after that 👏🏻🙏🏻
Agreed it's a shame that the same company gave us the shit bomb definitive edition of gta. It's like they made so much money from rdr2 and idiots spending there rent on my shart cards they don't even have to try anynore they can just drop ahige shit sandwich and idiots will buy it and spend all there money on shart cards because they are too stupid to play the game the right way and make the money themselves. Rockstar has a very love hate relationship with it's fans. They dropped the same game 5 times now but didn't even hint at gta6 yet.
@Skankhunt42 and then maybe do one with Sadie about when she goes solo after the main story so they make 2 like gta 4 and one is about a bad and one about a good guy
@Skankhunt42 the gang disbanded one for Dutch would be a good dlc but not epilogue as it wouldn’t be playable continuously like it is at marstons ranch because he doesn’t have one set location (camp) so it needs an ending. I don’t think Dutch would ever be a game protagonist as he’s probably had more screen time than Arthur and John, and he is portrayed as a villain in both games, but I could definetly see him along with Micah and Sadie getting a dlc if rockstar made them ( which they obviously won’t but here’s to hoping)
I'm replaying it for the 4th time and it's such a masterpiece. Also I hope RDR3 takes place during the Wild West. I honestly want Uncle to be the Main Character
if they make an RDR3 I’d be interested in even more backstory to the gang, maybe im just really attached to them but it would be cool to find out/be able to play through how each member met and joined dutch up until the blackwater massacre
Just as I say on previous videos, I love people making videos on red dead redemption and red dead online as it shows we aren't gonna let rockstar kill it without a fight, truely revolutionary, and still my favourtive game of all time, the details are fantastic, definitely rockstars best work to date, definitely wait the 8 year wait, I've never found a more passionate bunch of fans of a game than this
As poorly supported as RDO is, this video has shown me that there must be many really cool secrets hidden in the missions there, I hope there's more of those in the future. The RDR3 detail might just be a coincidence but I'd love for it to be true.
Actually those "Special bounty missions" came kinda discreetly on RDO with the second bounty hunter DLC and if you're more looking for a lore-friendly experience some of them are pretty cool, and there are one for each boards on the map !
@@koniczka2000 I'm pretty sure that it is a different team? But I do get what you're saying. If they ever did remaster rdr1 I want it to look just as good as 2. Like the mafia remasters.
Hey Strange Man, wondering if you could do a video on Molly O’Shea and her backstory and the poem she wrote Dutch and how Arthur uses a line from that poem as one of the last things he says to Dutch
Each verse in Molly’s poem (except two) ends with her saying ‘I gave you all’. You can find it in the camp at Horseshoe Overlook. Just before Arthur dies he tells Dutch ‘I gave you all I had’. While it’s not exactly the same it’s very similar and most likely is for a reason.
i typically hate guessing what a new game is going to be before it's announced, but that thing with John's hat is COMPELLING!! i would love to see more of black belle-- that mission was only like twenty minutes long, but she stuck in my mind regardless.
I've been thinking I am emotionally healed enough to replay this game, then I see the scene where Arthur hands off his hat......yeah nope. I'm not ready yet 😭😭😭
I still can't believe it's almost 3 years later and there's still secrets to find in this game that just goes to show it is the best game in the world I can't wait for the 3rd. It's gonna b hard to beat rdr2
You can also find Arthur’s hat in the back of the general store in Valentine , so I just think it’s a little detail , not a hint to anything . But maybe you’re right too cause it makes sense
Y’know, when I was playing my second RDR2 playthrough, when I was in “The Wheel”, if you look of the left side of the first wooden bridge, you can see the Stuffed Gorilla in its crate just nearby. That was pretty cool, wonder if anyone else noticed.
I would love to see RDR3 in the Australian outback, they mentioned Australia a few times in the game and there's great historical bushrangers to base them off
@@ACLA23 true but John's story is complete, and Red Dead Redemption has always been about the wild west of the States and early government hypocrisy and whatnot. still though... a Red Dead game (or game like it) set in Australia would be hardcore, and i say that as an Australian so forgive me for feelin a little patriotic haha. we did have our own 'wild west', just nowhere near as popularized as USA (being the center of world entertainment and all)
I always felt that Rhodes was a nod to an Australian Outback town. It reminds me of a few places I’ve visited living there, especially the Northern Territory. Even the sand color in Rhodes matches some parts of Australia.
What way? You guys behave like Rockstar has been a shitty company for the past years, and yet forget their last game was RDR2, just released a few years ago. Stop using GTA Online, Red Dead Online or even GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition as examples to talk shit about Rockstar.

@@ZonnexNecton maybe a dlc. Sorry didn’t mean my response to sound so rude. Apologize. I just really really want another Prequel of the Van Der Linde gangs. An origin story. Sadly Charles wasn’t their when the gang was put together, he showed up right around when the Black Water Massacre happened
I’d be perfectly fine with the making an RDR3 with Black Belle as the protagonist. She’s one of my favorite side characters. Plus, we know we don’t have to worry about her dying during the events of the story.
When Arthur gave John his hat and satchel it reminded me of a famous quote on a good movie I think it goes like this. "Hat's off to you sir,One legend to another" -Rango
the stuffed gorilla either way to the taxidermist or from the taxidermist its debatable here. but my theory is there are particular place where this type of exhibit can go, its the Welcome Center in Strawberry
Every Easter egg in rockstar games has a backstory and connection to the main story it's not just there for immersion n.mystery and do a video on the van Horne mansion
That's not a RDR3 tease, it's basically just a stretch, is like saying that Arthur's hat at Valentine actually tells us that he was a professional leather craftsman.
People really want the next RDR to be boring (not you vxid). Why would rockstar even go back to the van der linde gang? They finished the storyline, it's time to move on and change for another Red Dead
There is also the fact that Black Belle is the only member of Jim Boy's gang you don't shoot... They are definitely planning to do more with Black Belle. It would be interesting playing as a member of a different gang... They could do a thing like they did in GTA where we have multiple protagonists and can switch between them. I imagine there'd be 6 protagonists and they'd be in a revolver-like wheel. The 6 being Otis Miller, Landon Rickets, Black Belle, Flaco Hernandez, Billy Midnight, and Jim Boy Calloway
I actually love the idea of black belle being the main protagonist in rdr3, I thought about her again while I was playing as John and decided to read Arthur’s old notes in his journal he has on about her and now I’m thinking of how great it would be to have a main badass female protagonist
What an amazing catch with black Belle. I'd be all in for a peak wild west rdr3. Maybe not even with tie ins from Dutch and the young days of the gang at all, even though that would be amazing too.
It just occurred to me, though watching the video, that Rockstar have done 2 "wild west" games that haven't even been set in the Wild West time. it's always been just as it was dying down or after it.
@@360eradaryl7 Technically it was still wild west but it was the end for sure and things didn't feel the same as they did 50 years before. Once you have widespread electricity and cars it's not really a cowboy era anymore. Look at movies like The good, The Bad and the Ugly for example. That's not World War 1 era. It's civil war. When you think of the 80s you don't think of 1989.
@@360eradaryl7 Still there wasn't much during the 1910s. The last ever stagecoach robbery in the country occurred in December 5, 1916. So from that information, it was apparent that it was clearly the end during and near the end of WW1, like the poster said.
@@360eradaryl7 6 years is nothing. And it's sort of really not. There were those that clung to the wild west days but with the new world and technology there was no need for it. 6 years of it dying out. A slow death but dying all the same.
I recently started a new playthru and discovered in Colter that if you try to go explore (not even far from camp) in between missions from Pearson and Bill, a harsh weather storm blows and your horse will die very quickly. Also, if you pop in the house where John is nursing, you’ll get a sermon from Swanson and then the ladies will ask him about it and he doesnt know what his own sermon means. You can get some good mini dialogs with the people as well asking how they are doing/holding out. This game is amazing.
There’s a well near bear claw I think. I was running from the law at nighttime when I actually fell into the well and somehow survived. But inside the well I looked as if I was a zombie. Can you do a video on that please?
I remember finding the slave well while exploring the Compson house before his mission. Realizing what it was, and later on as I was finished the mission, I hogtied Compson and tossed his ass in the well. Died when he hit the ground.
I really hope that the next Red Dead puts us through the "real" wild west. Don't get me wrong, both Redemption were amazing, but they lacked that atmosphere and feeling that you get watching old westerns like Tombstone or Eastwood's movies; cause it's during the end of those times, unfortunately. I'd love to see the wild west of young Landon Ricketts or Black Belle, even young Hosea and Dutch, why not (not sure if they're old enough).
I have been playing RDR2 so much over my winter break! I got the game in 2019 and I finished the main storyline but i am having the most fun just exploring and seeing Arthur sketch animals in his book. Im just now finding the trail of odd trees! And the interactions in the camp are so wholesome! I love when Uncle plays the banjo after mooning Bill lmao
RDR3 Should follow the story of Jack where after Ross's death he starts a family and since WW1 starts in 1914 and the American army joins in 1917 so there should be a chapter where Jack gets drafted and he is in the war and during the war he gets injured and then he sent back home and then the story goes on.
Hold your horses there, Miss Marple! The corpse in the swamp had a grown man's body with one tiny arm, not "one tiny hand on a grown man's arm". That's quite different. He also neither looks like he was a preacher nor a sheriff and Reginald was purportedly both. In Butcher's Creek we can see other examples of physical deformities so uncle Reginald was hardly the only one. But the guy in the swamp is intriguing, indeed.
Compson was probably a slave catcher, or worse, an overseer that specialized in "breaking slaves." Former slave, and great abolitionist, Frederick Douglas, was sent to a white farmer to be "broken." One day, Douglas had enough and fought back. He beat the man so badly the farmer never touched him again. Judging by the prices in Compson's book, he was probably a catcher. They hunted down slaves that escaped and returned them in exchange for bounties. Slaves usually sold for $300+, not the $15 and $30 written in the book. Fact: early colonial American law enforcement focused on keeping control of slaves. The first jails housed escaped slaves. After the Fugitive Slave Act, slave catchers wore tin badges shaped like shields or stars. Every law enforcement agency in America still wears these on their uniforms. Instead of "Slave Patrol" written on them, they say "NYPD" or "Absaroka County Sheriff."
I'm so hyped by the idea that Black Belle could be the main protagonist of RDR3. She's one of my favourite characters in the game and the story that surrounds her is so interesting as well.
@@ACLA23 yeah same thought. The whole interaction and shooting was like 5 minutes and only so epic because of the unique rhytmic soundtrack that never appears again ingame
I've always wondered what the three crosses and then sun in the slave well mean. The only place I could find in the game that has three crosses in a row is a farm that has two farmers and a dog living there. No event in story mode takes place there, so I always wondered if it was connected somehow. The farm is somewhere around blue water march but towards emerald. Possibly near the big snake in the tree. I don't remember exactly.

You mean the MacLean's House ranch? That's the only one I found around the area of at the edge of Ronoake Ridge bordering Bluewater Marsh and the rest of New Hanover.
I believe the cabin with john's hat is more like a reference to grown up Jack Marston from rdr1 because it's hanged on the wall with the jacket from his original outfit (which included John's hat that Jack took after his father died)
Personally I think if there is a RDR3 Jack should be the protagonist. I think that because you left off with him in rdr. So it makes sense that Jack should be rather than a newly introduced character in Rdr 2
I don't know man, it would feel different, rdr is about the wild west, I would prefer to play as a member of the old gang, maybe like Dutch or one of the gang members that died after the blackwater massacre
I forgot to say, at the start of rdr1 you play as John, the protagonist dies and you play as jack, in rdr2 you play as Arthur, the protagonist dies and you play as John, so a good way to keep the chain is to play as someone who is already dead in rdr2 and in the epilogue you play as Arthur
@@genesius624 I get the feeling if the Van Der Linde gang returns for a prequel it will end with the new main character dying in the Blackwater Heist possibly betrayed by John or Arthur by dutch forcing them.
I hope that RDR3 is going to have Hosea as the protagonist with the starting days of the gang since we know they can have the whole redemption thing with him because he said he was once worse than anybody in the gang and I think the epilogue will have you play as a young Arthur
10:52 as soon as she disapears, you can see a shadow in the water that seems to stare at them and then leave quickly in a weird way. It could be nothing but i just wanted to point it out.
The first one is not Uncle Reginald. Those aren't the same guy. Archibald said that he had a tiny hand on the end of a grown mans arm. The swamp guy has an entire tiny arm. Also, how does finding John's hat in that cabin prove there will be an RDR3? You can find Arthur's hat hanging in the Valentine store in fact there are two of them, I think its just Easter eggs.
If you walk up to karen whilst she is by herself in the gazebo in shady belle she will say the camp doesn't feel the same without Sean and she admits to having feelings for him

Which makes me sad. I think we pretty much got the Dutch Gang's story pretty well wrapped up. I want new stories and gangs.

I would love RDR3 to take place in the Wild West and we play as a character from that time like Ricketts, Calloway, Heck, etc
Right. In my opinion that's where they should've started from the beginning. The concept of a gang surviving the downfall of the wild west is cool and all but rockstar could've seriously hit a home run by making the story in the 1870s, the golden era of the wild west and outlaws
@@STEELGMBL next one could always be another prequel!
I'd love to play as Otis Miller
I like this too, or...go forward to the 1920s prohibition era West where you play as Jack Marston. There is a lot that can be done with that time period as well.
If a third RDR is to be made during the height of the Old West, then I think it should have a more heavy focus on the legends and gunslingers of the West that are mentioned across both RDR games, at their most notorious. So Black Belle sure, along with Landon Ricketts, Otis Miller, and so forth.

Honestly it would make sense for them to do RDR3 next because with the scale that they were planning for GTA6 I think they're just stuck on development. Speaking from my own experience as a writer aswell the less contained the world is the harder it is to write for. It's why you only see it really covered in the fantasy genre.
Right because the less contained the story, the more the story seems insignificant compared to the world around it.
I hope RDR3 is set before the blackwater robbery, I want to see how the gang formed, how Dutch and Trelawney came to be, how they found each of the gang members, betrayals, hardships, good times, building the family we know as the Van Der Linde gang.

@Skankhunt42 the gang disbanded one for Dutch would be a good dlc but not epilogue as it wouldn’t be playable continuously like it is at marstons ranch because he doesn’t have one set location (camp) so it needs an ending. For me it's Mac Callander he only got mentioned and he is the only character we don't see physically ( what he looks like )
@@altham3914 ... And we didn't sow his dead body, so technically, he could be alive.
@@enricot.3483 Well Milton did say he shot him and he would’ve made sure he was dead
@@ArmourI well he could have been bluffing to "break" arthur, and in reality they probably made the same deal Ross made with John in RDR 1.
I think your should play as Landon Ricketts in RDR3
When Arthur gave John his hat and satchel it reminded me of a famous quote on a good movie I think it goes like this.
"Hat's off to you sir,One legend to another"

This man is like a red dead encyclopaedia. Love it.
the stuffed gorilla either way to the taxidermist or from the taxidermist its debatable here. but my theory is there are particular place where this type of exhibit can go, its the Welcome Center in Strawberry
Huh.., and where is this Gorilla Located ?
Every Easter egg in rockstar games has a backstory and connection to the main story it's not just there for immersion n.mystery and do a video on the van Horne mansion
Dude those bandits scared me the first time I ran into them.
@@spikedodson3194 I just shot em all with explosive ammo in 2018
That's not a RDR3 tease, it's basically just a stretch, is like saying that Arthur's hat at Valentine actually tells us that he was a professional leather craftsman.
Good to see people still talk about this game
This game will never be matched or beat as far as how in depth the story goes.
I hope black belle isn't the protagonist of RDR 3 but instead a new character inspired after Jesse James or wyat Earp and be set in the 1870s n 1880s
It will most likely be Mac calendar
@@Assassino275 ha no
That or Mac Callander since we never seen him, but the story could revolve around him and his brother before they met the Van Der Linde Gang
People really want the next RDR to be boring (not you vxid). Why would rockstar even go back to the van der linde gang?
They finished the storyline, it's time to move on and change for another Red Dead
@@sulkii9437
And a new map/regions to explore.
I actually love the idea of black belle being the main protagonist in rdr3, I thought about her again while I was playing as John and decided to read Arthur’s old notes in his journal he has on about her and now I’m thinking of how great it would be to have a main badass female protagonist
nah cringe
@@TheLastGotlander Why? You don’t like women? lmao
"This might be a subtle hint at RDR3, and Black Belle being the protagonist of the game."
Did MrBoss hack your channel my guy?
What an amazing catch with black Belle. I'd be all in for a peak wild west rdr3. Maybe not even with tie ins from Dutch and the young days of the gang at all, even though that would be amazing too.
It just occurred to me, though watching the video, that Rockstar have done 2 "wild west" games that haven't even been set in the Wild West time. it's always been just as it was dying down or after it.
Yeah it's a bit weird when you realize that when Jack Marston kills Agent Ross near the river is the same year for the start of World War 1.
After it? What lol after 1914 there’s still 6 more years left of it
@@360eradaryl7 Technically it was still wild west but it was the end for sure and things didn't feel the same as they did 50 years before.
You are by far the most dedicated rdr2 player I've ever seen
HOLD UP. Uncle Reginald=nemo
Uncle Reginald: small, weird arm
Nemo:small weird fin
*now we know the backstory of finding nemo*
I recently started a new playthru and discovered in Colter that if you try to go explore (not even far from camp) in between missions from Pearson and Bill, a harsh weather storm blows and your horse will die very quickly. Also, if you pop in the house where John is nursing, you’ll get a sermon from Swanson and then the ladies will ask him about it and he doesnt know what his own sermon means. You can get some good mini dialogs with the people as well asking how they are doing/holding out. This game is amazing.
Strange man is a legend that popped up in the perfect moment. Been playing this golden game for 2 years.
I agree with you and read my post how I think Landon Ricketts would be a great game
there are so many characters in rdr2 that you can make whole game out of each character
The amount of detail in rdr2 is truly amazing… I just finished my 3rd play through and I’m still finding new stuff
This game is just in another level. They put a lot of work and love in it, that's for sure.
I'm so hyped by the idea that Black Belle could be the main protagonist of RDR3. She's one of my favourite characters in the game and the story that surrounds her is so interesting as well.
She said like 50 words how could she be one of your favorites
Hell no
@@ACLA23 yeah same thought. The whole interaction and shooting was like 5 minutes and only so epic because of the unique rhytmic soundtrack that never appears again ingame
If RDR3 revolves around Black Belle, I’m gonna be stoked. Of all the western gunslingers you encounter, I liked her the most.
I don't remember exactly.
maybe it means that 3 slaves died, and went to Heaven?
A sign of golgotha, Calvary, where Jesus and the two thieves were crucified, with the sun, a symbol of hope and everlasting life after suffering and death.
Your just now finding/figuring this stuff out?? Boy, you got a long way to go.
I agree rockstar could make a really great game that takes place in the 1920s
It'll most likely be Mac Calendar
Dude wtf is that John's hat theory that literally makes no sense at all
I hope that RDR3 is going to have Hosea as the protagonist with the starting days of the gang since we know they can have the whole redemption thing with him because he said he was once worse than anybody in the gang and I think the epilogue will have you play as a young Arthur
@T why?
If you walk up to karen whilst she is by herself in the gazebo in shady belle she will say the camp doesn't feel the same without Sean and she admits to having feelings for him
Imagine this gorgeous game on unreal engine 5 how realistic this game would be for next 10 years.
I'm not sure a hat is a hint at a prequel man...
Man, I really hope you're wrong about Black Belle being the protagonist next game. I really wanted to explore the gang's past, with the protagonist being that guy who was killed in camp for being a traitor.
Strange Man's theories about future games are the only ones I buy
I love this game so much definitely a top 5 of all time and the fact things are still being discovered is amazing
