Interesting to see how the chachoo throw is done properly. I always struggled to do them as fluidly because I was doing it more like a rig flip in a duck jibe and throwing it rather than starting by ducking the sail and then throwing it.

I found it tricky to go fluidly into it after another move. Practising on land helped to get the timing of the throw
