Mr. Golden ! I am a new entrepreneur running a commercial cleaning service . I have just started tracking how many contacts I make daily as well as filtering them into a campaign using a CRM . My question is how do I create the four offers in a bid based service industry? Do you believe offering our services to come into the building as a trial for night at no cost to them is a poor idea ? Here is something for you. I have a friend in the cleaning bus. His tactic is genius. When he would get a walk up... will you do that for me? He would say I do this for free for my people. If you would like, we can set up an appointment... then he would write an annual contract for $25k.

It’s really hard to scale a service based business because it requires your time to fulfill after you’ve sold your service.
