Wow, this was perfect timing. I sang and spoke for 90 minutes without a break Saturday night and was feeling pretty sore all night afterward and all the next morning, and had to do it again Sunday afternoon. This gentle warmup, plus 15 minutes rest, then snippets of the regular Rolka tenor warmup, got me through it. Thank you!
