    Not a drummer, but I love how you chop it up the rhythm always comes back to the first down beat in a polyrhythm. Sometimes it takes a while, but it happens. Awesome!😊

    Well done!! Curious to hear how you approach this. It must be impossible (or just really hard?) to have the time to subdivide into 56 beats (7 groups with 8 beats in each) and make it precise, when it’s going this fast? Or do you just practise it really slowly with this approach for a long time, and when you have it enough in your body you speed it gradually up?

      I know it's a bit late to reply, but drummers usually go for patterns, that is, going slow, they memorize how far from each other each beat falls and then speed up. Of course, it can be perfected by the method you described, if someone feels the need for it.
