Many holo members' models are accurate or almost accurate as their irl. The exceptions are maybe some holomem's model got a bit shorter (Luna, Ame, Towa, etc), Matsuri's and Noel's are nerfed, Coco's way taller, Nene's got buffed, etc.
The ones that you'd think not accurate but is most likely to be very close to their irl are Suisei, Ayame, Pekora, Rushia, and many more. By preserving the irl body measurement, they won't have to deal with problems in body tracking and their interaction with objects/others.
Suisei is her own original designer so she has no one to blame but herself for her model being flat lol
