Making The "BEST" 5 Layer Dip (Vegan Recipe)

Vegan 5 Layer Dip Recipe:
*In order of layers bottom to top*
- 2 cans of Amy's Organic Refried Beans
- Guacamole (I buy pre-made to make my life easier lol you can make your own, of course, but ain't nobody got time fo that)
- Nacho Cheese
*** Recipe: www.hotforfood...
- Cashew Sour Cream
* 1 1/4 cup of raw cashews
* 1 cup filtered water
* Juice of 1 1/4 of lemon
* 4 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar
* DASH of salt
(keep playing with the lemon/apple cider vinegar. Start with less than I did and add gradually. Sauce should be creamy and tart but not overly sour)
***Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you don't have a high power blender, soak cashews in hot water for at least 30 min). Place in fridge and allow to set for an hour before adding into dip (can put into freezer to cut time)
- Trader Joe's Mild Pico De Gallo Salsa (1 whole pack)
- GARNISH
* 1-2 tbsp of finely chopped cilantro
* sliced black olives

Ok, let's talk about something. I WANT A "What I eat in a day vegan" video from you! You seem to have a similar taste as I do and both of the two recipes you have shared are really good and it is SO HARD to find that. I am not fully vegan but I am vegetarian and I find that some people that post recipes have been vegan or vegetarian for a long time and I came from eating SO UNHEALTHY so al that "healthy" food just tastes nasty to me lol. I would love to see you incorporate more what I eat in a day videos on this channel!!!!!

First of all you are so funny you make my day!! I have been vegan for 10 years and I am so happy to see this recipe! I can't wait to try it! I can't use cashews as my son has a severe anaphylactic allergy to them, so instead, I take a vegan mayo (Vegennaise) and thin it out with a plant based milk and it tastes something like sour cream. Thanks again!
