How do we price these cleans ? Are we charging the agent or buyer or seller of the home ?
I’d like to do flat rate pricing so my pricing for the cleaning service never changes
Now, if I give them a percentage offer reoccurring or because of a relationship with a potential partner, then we just take the percentage of the cleaning, but the actual pricing of the service stays the same
And I like to charge my flat rate by how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms, the side of the home and the type of cleaning
After you’ve done your market research and pricing research your area to find out what your average market price in the area you’re going to service then I create my pricing formula around that
In the beginning when we are first starting out and we don’t have before and after photos or reviews yet, what would be best to do?
Good question, it depends on which platform.
For platforms like
Yelp, thumbtack, Social medial, Bark
I will “borrow” them from Google and screen shot and posting them till I get my own.
For Google you will want to use pictures capture locally where your business is located
So I recommend taking pictures of your own home and getting friends and family to also provide your with pictures of their home. No one will know they can from your house
For reviews
Thumbtack you can get anyone to leave you review
Google local reviews only
Yelp - you can not get anyone to leave you reviews it will have to come from organic clients
Good morning Jazmine.
Thank you so much for the valuable information , you're indeed selfless.
But we don't have aops like Craiglist or yelo on Nigeria and i don't know where to get contract cleaners
Do you mean for finding clients or cleaners
I know it would be a case by case basis but what would be the minimum You would charge a realtor to clean a house for staging Cleaning, moving out, etc
sorry Chris. yes I would totally need more info because that will also depend on your market
