@@ignacioruiz-retegui6196 Erwin wanted answers to holes he saw in the history he was taught inside the walls. How would he have reacted to the truth? Floch literally told you that Erwin was a "devil", just like Eren and it's the whole reason he's supporting him in the first place. Floch's entire character is quite a massive hint to figuring out Erwin would have been a yeagerist.
@@TheJotaroKujo You're wrong about Erwin, he wouldn't follow a bunch of trigger happy mass killers. Also, Floch isn't a succesor of Erwin, he is his foil, he's the wrong side of Erwin's aspirations. Just cause he's guilt ridden and calls him a devil doesn't make him one, anyone can see Erwin's and Floch's attitudes are different. For instance, Erwin doesn't seem happy about commanding so many soldiers to their deaths, let alone be delighted by the idea of using titans to squash the surface of an entire continent, Floch is soooo happy about it.
@@ignacioruiz-retegui6196he does have a point I don’t think Erwin would have supported mass genocide he wouldn’t have just sat back and let Marley attack especially if they couldn’t negotiate a peace treaty there’s no way he wouldn’t fight back

Floch is a normal guy, nothing special AT ALL who just wants his people safe and happy, enough so to join the squads. Now imagine this, you an your comrades are backed into a corner unable to stop the menace called the beast titan. Your commander organizes a plan to attempt to turn the situation around by charging him head on and distracting it from a sneak attack by Levi. You’re not stupid and you call him out for pretty much telling you guys to kill yourselves, he then goes on to gaslight you and your allies by playing it up as duty to the fallen and an unquestionable honor. And to double down HE LEADS THE CHARGE KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT HES TRYING TO DO no one can refuse because in addition to all this they know if this thing isn’t stopped, everything they care about is doomed. As expected your allies around you quickly start dying, by sheer chance you make it out alive and unscathed after falling off your horse. And somehow, someway, the captain that put you all through this, that sent your friends to their graves is still breathing. They all died in fear and suffering while this monster, this devil is allowed to live. You prepare to put him out of his misery and that’s when you see it. The beast titan was defeated, the plan worked. That unbeatable monster was defeated cause one person, a devil was able to that far for that victory. Loss after loss to the titans, and now a devil was able to vanquish the most threatening one you’ve ever seen. These devils aren’t the problem…They’re the answer Our devils are our only hope

Chad floch: i am glad you ased
Sad that floch died, he's literally carried erwin's dream
Erwin dreamt of knowing of the outside world not destroying it, so no.
