He shot and imprisoned who helped his people for no reason. He purposefully got in the way for a plan that could've led to peace, and would've still protected Paradis even if that peace failed. He titanized his own superiors for no reason, weakening and destabilizing paradis's military He purposefully gunned downed innocent civilians. He continues to do the same horrible things to others that were done to him, failing to learn anything from how his people were treated. He says he wants to save Eldia and Paradis, but repeatedly murders Eldians and aids throws its armed forces into chaos; people who are trying to help paradis. Like you're literally making it easier for enemy nations to fuck paradis over. Definitely not an Erwin successor and there never will be.

Put Floch in his context; Eren went ahead and visited Marleyan city, and saw a little bit of the life there, the people, bit like Reiner & others. Eren met with Reiner and both listened Tybur's speech, and the declaration of war to Eldians in the island. Who else heard that? Floch, as he was in the same city as Eren transformed and attacked, we saw him later in the aircraft. Floch heard the world want to eradicate him and his people, loud and clear. His people isn't that many, being basically controlled by the titans for years. And now all sort of people that outnumber them surely want to invade them for the sole purpose of wiping them out. All these people don't care about them, they don't care they are committing this slaughter. Self defense is natural action, and in face of such extreme circumstance where the entire world is your enemy, the Rumbling seem the only viable option and of course, if the world don't mind wiping the island Eldians, then he won't have an issue to do the opposite and wiping the world and save his people. Floch isn't some one dimensional villain, doing evil things because he is evil. He is a person with belief and desire, and his desire is to save his people. There is a logic in his decisions. You may not agree with his decisions, his rational, but he is no villain, just a person doing his best in his circumstances.
