    Love this, I see everyone use thumbs and you only can sustain pressure for a fraction of the time. This adds pressure over a wider area for a longer period and you are able to get various angles in less time. Thank you!!

    Ohhhh...love this! QL is such an overlooked muscle in massage but, as your description points out, it's a major culprit in low back pain and SHOULD be addressed! I often treat my clients by focusing on psoas and QL. Nearly every time I get comments along the lines of, "No one has ever touched these muscles before!" Your video has given me another technique to add to the toolbox and lots more to consider in terms of angles and how best to access both attachments. Thank you! :)
