  • This jig allows you to make 77 different size holes in 1/16" increments using only 11 holes.
You will also learn how to make any size hole accurately. This is a very handy technique and can be used on a router table or a hand held router. Depending on the hole template size you can make many
different size holes. In this video I'm rabbeting the hole 1/2'' bigger using a rabbit bit with a 1/4" cut.
You can also route out recesses and different decorative patterns.
Combination List is under the community Tab!!

@@thebuilditchannel8609 Loved it, It's so simple and highly effective.
      One thing I did not is using your template there is no combination to make the following holes: 15/16", 1 - 7/16", 1 - 15/16", 2 - 7/16", 2 - 15/16", 3 - 7/16",
      3 - 15/16", 4 - 7/16", 4 - 15/16", 5 - 7/16", 5 - 15/16".
This is not a moan, just wondered if these measurements are not mathmatically possible with the combos of bits and bushings being used or is it a typo on the lazer printing.
P.S. Ive been busy watching your other videos, they are full of inspiration and make life in my shop easier. Thank you.

May i ask what router bit set you are using / showing @2:09 ? I’m not finding anything close to this amazing cutter set?
thx and keep the shows coming 👍
