Very few come with interpreters and if so, welcome. Is what you have if you live as an emigrant. There are many myths. But I am surprised about people moving to another country and not even trying to learn it.

    • @tomlinid
      @tomlinid 8 лет назад +13

      Having a degree doesn't mean you are intelligent it means you are capable of retaining facts for a short period and regurgitating them to pass an exam. Intelligence is often correlated with this ability but the two don't go hand in hand.

    • @IdoruFalls
      @IdoruFalls 8 лет назад +2

      as has been stated, education clearly does not equal intelligence. Look at the generally obscenely well-educated Tory party, for example. Johnson and Gove may be legitimately intelligent - many others with privileged educations are clearly not.

    • @IdoruFalls
      @IdoruFalls 8 лет назад +3

      but totally agree that this interview was clearly set up to be 'slighty dowdy, weary looking people who can't pronounce certain letters properly and complain about them foreigners vs extremely punchable, overeducated city cunts who need the marbles knocked out of their mouths and some hardship to eventually fall upon them'.

    • @tomlinid
      @tomlinid 8 лет назад

      Mr Wednesday
      How do you know these people from London haven't experienced hardship? I know people who talk posh and have been unemployed and homeless. How a person talks doesn't necessarily mean they are rich. I think they were lucky to find many English people from London a sizable part of the population isn't English.

    • @Darius1295
      @Darius1295 8 лет назад +3

      As someone who has been to university, I can safely say it is just about passing exams and nothing else. People who have never been to university are more educated than graduates in the sense that they are more likely to think for themselves and less likely to be swayed by the prevailing wind.

      @@cedricworthingtonbroadaxe2287 we do train them ... medical schools are OVERSUBSCRIBED to ...
      That means we literally train as many as we physically can, but we need more because retention is terrible. NHS staff are overworked and underpaid. In the Junior Doctor Diaries he describes exactly this problem, which is part of why he left the profession; he was being paid less than a manager at Pret a Manger despite literally being called doctor. EU workers are more than willing to come and settle here to work in our healthcare system because a lot of them are used to terrible pay and working conditions. Do you understand why underfunding, underappreciating, privatising and over stretching is such a problem now?

British families that have waited years on bidding lists to get a home are being pushed to the back of the housing que making them feel like second hand citizens in there own towns and cities. The EU migrants have literally taken over local areas and businesses. I live in a housing association property. There are 12 houses on my little street. 8 are now occupied by foreigners.. 5 years ago we had street parties and had a strong sense of community spirit. .each home that's come available has been instantly given to a eu migrant even though as I said before there are British families that had applied years previous to them coming into this country. As for jobs in the area. Don't get me started. I live near to an industrial estate and more than 80% of workers are foreign leaving it very difficult for any local people to find work. That is a fact that British people are fed up of and why they voted OUT! I am sick of being pushed to the back on the line while watching foreigners take the housing, school places(who have and to expand cause of the massive flood of migration)and jobs.
    People have had enough.

      ernest rogen Well, it’s a bit like taxation, the richer you are the more you pay into the system. Well, you are about to find out the hard way when a hard Brexit kicks in and you lose all the benefits of membership, such as free access to the world’s largest market, right at your doorstep. . Hard-headed Thatcher figured it out in the end in spite of all her talk about it being “our money.,” when negotiating a rebate. Don’t know if you are old enough to remember.

      @@newguyontheblockavalon2842 Ah here we go having to put facts to those who dont want to see the truth. First big piont is the EU is not and never was and never will be a free market. Our governments prepay for the right to trade with our tax. Its like prepay mob phone its not free.
      Next point you mis is the EU are not our biggest market place EU facts show the rest of the world has been the UKs biggest market since 2009 not the EU.
      You also make the mistake of pushing the lie that the EU markets will be closed to the UK. The EU trades with the rest of the world under WTO terms and we will also trade in and out of the EU on those terms.
      Next fact is the EU send more exorts into the UK than we send to them so whats the benefits you think we are getting. As under WTO terms the EU would be paying the UK more than we pay them.
      In Thachers term of office the UK people had not woken up to the fact that the EEC trade block was turning into a over bearing government called the EU. She did get some of our money back but then you forget they toke much of that back later by demanding billions for what they called a blackmarket trade. Figures the EU could not prove and the UK numpties paid. You did not mention the rebate will not be renewed. The EU have stated that. Now this club is like a pall in a pub lend me £100 then next week he gives you £60 back and asks for another £100 and tells you how generous he was giving you that £60. We only get aprox 60% of what we pay into the EU back thats far from value for money.
      Other benefits of being in the EU lets see heres the list. No real control over who enters the UK from the EU no criminal checks etc.
      Less customs officers which lead directly to more people /slave trafficking.
      Less customs officers which put more drugs on our streets. These are all your benefits of being inside the EU........

No one in any location outside the environs of Londonistan sees any benefits to their lives by being swamped by migrants who bring no real value and send much money overseas to their home countries. The UK was lied to in entering the EEC and the 'wine lakes', 'butter mountains' and all the inefficiencies of bureaucrats who paid producers to destroy their products was an insane and stupid idea when people outside the EEC were paying a fraction for EEC products that, by law, could not be sold in the EEC countries. The insanity that the EEC/EU bloc was and its organic growth is a sociopaths dream so that they can do as they wish (ERT or European Round Table) and there are NO consequences. Leave means leave and take the country back that Ted Heath lied us into and be free and democratic once again. British folks have died in wars for freedom and these treasonous politicians of all parties were complicit in the deeper entanglements with laws that no UK or other European residents had a say in. The fact that Ireland and other countries did have a referendum and then after saying no the EU made them vote again until they got the yes with no significant value to those countries. Leave!! Britain has got poorer per capita and it is as simple as Europe exacerbates this problem. The supply of housing, transport, jobs, health and education is out of step with the demand that is coming in. The tax base of the demand that is coming in is not enough to offset their demand. This is before we even examine the democratic deficit that Europe presents. How anybody can argue that Europe is benefiting us by imposing laws that we have minimal input in whether we want or not is madness. I would hedge my bet not many remainers appreciate the willingness of the EU to impose TTIP on us which is the most fascist, corporate bullshit the world has seen for many years. But if you don't like it - it would be tough - because the EU could impose it purely through order of power that we handed to it. 70% of Leave voters had only GCSE level qualifications. 68% of Remain voters had university level qualifications. If you think that privatisation will prevent bias then you haven't been getting your daily recommended dose of The Sun, or the Mail, or the Star.

      John Justice, You have made some good points, the underlying principle of a welfare state is to assist the poor through tax credits & help those in genuine need, that can't be considered a bad thing in a 1st world industrial nation, it's a measure of civic responsibility to our less able & less fortunate. What concerns me is the governments of both parties subsiding big companies paying poverty wages through tax credits. I'm all for redistribution of wealth through taxation, but this encourages bad employers to pay their workers the bare minimum, knowing the taxpayer will pick up the bill.

      I voted remain and being proved correct on every front is sweet. Loving seeing Brexiteers businesses going tits up while blaming the EU. The rules won't change and the misery you voted to inflict is your doing. We could have left and stayed in the single market and customs union. You only have yourselves to blame. You must be thick if you blame the EU for treating us as a third country because this is what you wanted. It won't get any better unless you join Sheghan/EFTA or the single market.

And as far as relationships go , I wouldn't date a Brexiteer. I couldnt lower my standards where I would find myself in such a relationship. I have a beautiful Spanish girlfriend and we both love Europe. I never mentioned WW3 in my predictions or any of those things you mentioned. It was the British media threatening gun boats over fishing quotas, and we are heavily outnumbered about 4/1 in that regard. Stop thinking it is the blitz for god sake, those days are gone.
