That bell sound is the Westminster chime. It's common because it's like in every grandfather clock, doorbell with multiple sounds, big ben, most churches that use a bell, and asian schools. If something is made to make bell sounds, usually thats like the default sound to note the top of the hour or beginning/end to things.

I mean, regarding Disco it's understandable; Monke doesn't play story games nor RPGs; Karen won't touch non-Japanese games; and Grant is a filthy casu - no - a gacha "gamer"
Connor should try Disco Elysium
That WAS the FNAF1 bell soundeffect (it is a stock soundeffect probably also used in danganropa) but listen to them side by side, they are completely identical
Forget about games, Connor failed his meme knowledge when he didn't recognize Altered Beast. It was also a joke in Gintama at some point.
I never thought I would see Disco Elysium in trash taste... what a masterpiece of a game I'm glad some people may check it out after this
It's weird how this game both crazy popular and absolutely unknown at the same time. Its fame is so isolated from the general gamer audience for some reason, you'd think that by now people would've at least heard the name from somewhere.
@@telefrag. I'm not surprised, that game is cerebral and is a lot of reading/listening about politics.
Someone need to pressure them into playing Disco Elysium on stream
@@bowmanc.7439 that would be interesting, but honestly I dont think Disco Elysium is a good game to stream... I think is a game you should experience by yourself on your own time
@@harrierdubois8168 yeah but they don’t really play games without streaming it these days so it might be the only way to trap them in
The amount of happiness i felt when i heard the Splinter Cell sound was amazing! Glad they put it in
Ikr
And the quantity of Zoomers that kept saying "Splinter who?" made me realize that they never played a stealth game in their life.
Splinter Cell is basically the Godfather of Stealth games.
And here I thought it was from GTA SA xD
The assassins creed segment had me so stressed cuz I knew it the millisecond that eagle started sounding lmfaoooo
garnt was trying so hard not to laugh at the genshin gambling part
I’m hoping you guys do a video game music round, I find that songs are more memorable than random sound effects
The among us one has the same energy as when they realized they liked Budweiser

47:13 The synchronized yelling makes this perfect
Never in a thousand years expected Disco Elysium to be in this quiz so I didn't even get it despite it being maybe my favorite game ever. Props to whoever made the quiz, was a really nice selection of games from all over the spectrum.
surprised they didn't get Altered Beast - literally one of the most iconic video game sounds

40:10 Whoops!

1:06:00 the chat goes crazy
1:14:18 Connor cough
2:01:40 Tom’s scream
I just listened to the FNAF bell and the Danganronpa bell back-to-back. They are objectively the same sound. There might be some difference in sound mixing, but it was 100% the same base sound asset.
I guessed Danganronpa right away, then saw chat spamming FNAF and thought I was wrong. The only difference is the lack of children cheering, but I feel like they got robbed on that one.
FNAF is an insanely lazy franchise, this should shock no one.
@@wesleywyndam-pryce5305 it's a stock bell sound
@@wesleywyndam-pryce5305 lmao danganronpa and fnaf used the same stock sound. fnaf has its moments but I don't think scott using that bell sound was him being lazy.
@@wesleywyndam-pryce5305 The vast majority of games (including many AAA games) will use at least some stock sound effects with barely any edits. For pretty much all but a few indie games, they'll have no choice but to rely entirely on stock sound effects. It's not a sign of laziness, it just means the developers decided resources would be better spent elsewhere.
You would think after so many times the boys would finally have some proper markers (and a way to mark the permanent ones)
I can’t believe that we now have Connor Fortnite dancing in 4K on Trash Taste
Funny how Joey make more voice imitations than the dude with VA as part of his name
I love the fact that almost everytime the boys do a quiz. CONNOR HAS SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THE ERASE MARKERS BEING ASS XD maybe it's not the markers. maybe Connor just can't use markers correctly
37:23 HOFF LIFE
40:49 ONE KNUCKLE BALLSACK
47:18 UNISON AMOGUS
1:04:39 Bonus point for being right? 🤣
5:45 Garnt and ingrown toenails. He's right, it's hereditary. Some people just have a bad luck to get that a lot, others can do whatever, and they won't get ingrown nails. People like Garnt just have to be extra careful, I think there are correct ways to cut your nails to lower the risk of ingrowth.
Aways straight, with scissors, never to much and be careful of tight shoes…
Me and my family, we don't get ingrown nails. But I have a tip for you: cut your nails after a longish bath/shower because that would soften your nails, and they would be easier to cut and less likely to chip / break. Don't file them when they are that wet (if you even file). And by "longish" I mean as long as you consider long, be it 10 or 30+ minutes.
A good extension of this would probably be video game quotes and the point goes to whoever figures out who said the line or in what context. Or if it’s another sound effect thing, there needs to be RTS sound effect representation.
I think video game music would be better, iconic game songs are more memorable than random sfx/quotes
@@mariopkmnzelda yes, which means the sfx/quote quiz is harder, which means they're saltier because they're wrong, which makes it more fun for us. Also i want to hear their brain steaming when they hear "WITNESS YOUR DOOM!"
Man such a cool idea for a quiz. Your new gamesmaster/ intern is killing it putting these together btw.
Clannad isn’t an eroge it only exists as an all ages game and I think was the first by Key/Maeda jun. The spinoff Clannad Tomoyo’s Story was an eroge but I think most rereleases are all ages as people didn’t care for ero in the Clannad world at the time I guess
I always find it so hilarious that the amount of prep on set needed is literally 3 things; dry erase boards, dry erase black markers and erasers but in every single episode thus far there's always one of these things missing for someone. xD
Just because I was so surprised by it, I had to look it up but I couldn't find anything that said Clannad was an eroge. All the information that I found was that Key did make eroge like Kanon but Clannad was never made with any of that content. A side story of Clannad centered around Tomoyo did have eroge in it but nothing in the main game/story.
I yelled out “ALTERED BEAST LETS GO” immediately
1:40:10 It's just the sounds Sydney makes 😂
47:17 this is such a perfect out of context clip i really hope it got nominated
The menu sounds from Devil may cry and Monster Hunter are pretty darn good if I say so myself
FNAF 1 6am chime is quite literally the same sound file of royalty free music that Danganrompa used.
Note for note, pitch for pitch, key for key.
The same
It’s mind-boggling that they’ve never even heard of disco Elysium
the last one was a game i played on an officially licensed sega genesis plug and play in the 2000's as a little kid. i never expected that to show up on this quiz but i'm happy it did
I love them 😂💛 they’re like brothers who all moved away but always come back and hang to fuck around
The entire team behind the camera being incapable of searching “fnaf 6am music” on RUclips
I was so proud of him when he got Dialga. I was on the same wavelength. I knew it was a gen 4 time trio legend, just wasn't certain which. I knew it had to be giratina or dialga.
Joey gives unnecessary info , Garnt and Joey : give Joey 2 points. Conor guesses relevant info, Garnt and Joey: you don't deserve the second point.
I legit would've missed half of these sounds and here i thought i had great video game knowledge
That bell sound is the Westminster chime. It's common because it's like in every grandfather clock, doorbell with multiple sounds, big ben, most churches that use a bell, and asian schools. If something is made to make bell sounds, usually thats like the default sound to note the top of the hour or beginning/end to things.
As a gamer, this may have been the most frustrating quiz. I know I got at least 3 lmao
Confused 'bout if this is sarcasm or not lmao

I get not knowing the Disco Elysium sounds. But NEVER EVEN HEARD OF IT???
Fun fact: Bald Eagles don't really make the Leap Of Faith noise. All those famous screeching sounds you hear in games and movies are actually hawks and not eagles. Eagles don't even screech.
Laughing so hard at Garnt on the Genshin sound lmfao Bro sold it so much
"Chat got this one", literally a thousand different answers in chat lmao
You guys should do a Movie Quiz where guess it from the movie description or fact about the movie!
EVERYTHING Garnt talked about ingrown toenails is super relateable
This stream was a lot of fun! The boys made me laugh so many times throughout the stream!
What I was afraid was (and did happened) was the same school bell sound effect part. If they do this again and there is a simular question, then they should get a point for quessing another game but uses the same exact sound effect. Some indie games uses stock sound effects because they are cheaper, such as Minecraft and FNaF
"Let's go on with our shame." Conner 2022
I got the final one like instantly. I don't even like that game but that is 100% one of the most iconic sound effects of the era. Feels good man.
I immediately knew that effect was Stardew Valley fish bait hook effect. I was way too addicted to fishing and my body reacted to hearing that noise as a safety precaution xD
Bro that question 18 sound has in so many fucking games as a healing sound it's kinda unfair
32:54 Garnt's brain got "wasted" trying to think of the answer 😂
Haha
@@-Strike why do you sound like you're at gunpoint
