Stop letting the MTA feed you that B.S. about congestion pricing. They have been operating for over 100 years without congestion pricing, now they are making the case that without it they can't operate. How can the MTA make all of those plans on how to use the money without the first penny of the funding being collected? How does the MTA even know how much money congestion pricing would even generate before the first full year in effect?
