Like what we supposed to do?? Not eat, be bored and die because were homeless since working for a corporation is helping run it and contributing to wage slavery. The only way to change this is work our hardest to petition and vote, but again most of these people are too young for that too. I just became old enough to vote but tbh I don’t know if it’ll make a difference in a long run because voting doesn’t completely change the fact that the government loves corporations and is for them more so than people nowadays. Overall, idk about you but even though I may donate, reuse, recycle, vote- it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference and most of us feel pretty damn hopeless about it all.

Combine that with the fact that people at recruitment age don't watch traditional TV anymore and the fact that people skips ads (or adblock) and it makes a great deal of sense.

I have no problem with sponsorships but just be careful with what you want hanging over your head. I'm a vet and had to carry too many caskets of kids just like the ones you are helping recruiting. That's not even considering the civilian body count the US military has left in its wake.

Active duty Navy guy here. If CSs want to say that they are “the morale” of the ship, that’s an “interesting” claim... When you’re working 15+ hour days 7 days a week for months on end, and then at the end of the chow line some guy slops a scoop of canned chili on a bed of over-cooked rice onto your tray, it doesn’t exactly contribute to your morale. Josh, you’ve got this, and literally nobody should be surprised by that.

I love the recipe and your channel as a whole. You do some amazing work! However, I'm incredibly disappointed in the choice of sponsorship for this video. In the future, please think about the kind of message this type of sponsorship sends to any young, impressionable people in your audience. They are already disproportionally targeted to join while also likely not fully comprehending the long term impact that decision will have on both them, their family, and the world at large.

People don't realise what a good guy in the kitchen is worth. Listen, I work in a chain of good restaurants here in Belgium, and they made me responsible for the restaurant. Not the kitchen but the people part. Now, I am very lucky to have a great chef and someone that knows his cooking, makes my job so much easier. People like you Josh, make it easy for people like me. I have no problem with sponsorships but just be careful with what you want hanging over your head.
I'm a vet and had to carry too many caskets of kids just like the ones you are helping recruiting.
That's not even considering the civilian body count the US military has left in its wake.
I doubt many Navy Cooks in 2020 will see caskets. Even so, everyone joins on their own accord, prepared to make their own sacrifices. If not they shouldn’t be in.

Active duty Navy guy here. If CSs want to say that they are “the morale” of the ship, that’s an “interesting” claim... When you’re working 15+ hour days 7 days a week for months on end, and then at the end of the chow line some guy slops a scoop of canned chili on a bed of over-cooked rice onto your tray, it doesn’t exactly contribute to your morale. Josh, you’ve got this, and literally nobody should be surprised by that.
