I recommend monzo for saving I have Barclays and monzo! Monzo does rounding up I managed to save £150 in three months from shopping and living life and all left over money goes into the pot!

Love you both! very humble and transparent. I am 22 also, and I have found it soo hard too maintain motivation to save. I live in London and house prices are soo unrealistic even with a 20% deposit that I am near to saving. Very recently considered simply moving out and renting a nice apartment but the cost of a flat is minimum 1.5k so I am back with the mindset of trying to save! Thank you for this vid!

Have you thought about instead of a typical haul doing more, Dan rates your haul or Dan buys your haul, you buy eachothers etc. so it's still a haul but with a challenge incorporated (even a haul of the sites recommended items for you or buying what the models wearing so you get a challenge and haul in one?)
Also would love dedicated come shopping with me videos, for homeward or for food💗

That’s crazy! Me and my boyfriend viewed like 3 houses, and the one we have just bought got put on the market the day before we went to see it & the day after we put an offer down!!

Got the call to say our mortgage was declined today even though our agreement in principle was okay, going to try again with a different lender and you’ve given me hope again!!❤️
It's the most heart breaking news but I promise you there's still hope out there even when it looked impossible for us!❤️ wishing you all the luck in the world xxx

We used an independent mortgage advisor when my partner only had 1 year on the books. He was amazing. He sorted it all out for us, got us both on the mortgage and house deeds but managed to get us a mortgage just based on my wage! Every other place I called completely wrote us off. There's always hope!x

New builds are awful houses .. thin walls .. small box gardens .. maintenance fees… small .. snags found everywhere … no character no history .. over priced. Wouldn’t dream
Of buying a new build worked in too many of them to know how bad they are. Older houses have more character built better strong thick walls bigger garden space generally able to extend more on older houses.. yes you may need to update and more maintenance but better in the long run .. so you made the right choice 😂👍
