Baird & Co. is the only gold refinery in the UK. The company goes through over 10 tons of gold a year. The smallest gold bar that Baird & Co. makes is a 1-gram bar that's worth about $41. The most expensive one is a 5-kilograms bar worth about $212,350.

Actually, the most pure refining method for Gold is the electrolysis method. The Royal Canadian Mint uses this method to produce the Canadian Maple Leaf coins. The Purity is something like 99.999% Pure Gold

I worked with metals for years and whenever I walked thru meal detectors they would ring. I would've been happier working with gold and having that stick in my body.I would've felt GOLDEN💛
