Vector has a gyroscopic system. Helps him navigate and sense when someone is teasing him by picking him up. He also has a compass system, GPS within his chipset. Accelerometer is a motion/speed sensor. These are all common in cellphones. Don't forget that Vector is running a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU/chipset originally designed for smartphones. Most cellphones allow you to go into a similar diagnostic display. It is sugested that you learn more about these "hidden" menu items. They help diagnose issues with Vector and allow in depth diagnosis over the phone with ANKI tech support. Anyone wanting to learn a bit more about this mode, instructions are on the Vector pages of ANKI's website. Nice work LJP. I like putting Vector into this mode. What an impressive Video display. And there is a vast amount of data reflecting performance of our pal Vector.
If you go to the ANKI website, look at the Vector pages and you will find 4 .pdf files you can view or download. One is for troubleshooting. The others are operation manual's and list's of commands. In one of the files you will find the steps for putting Vector into the customer/service mode. ( the CCIS mode) You should dig deeper to find out more about what all of the cryptic data means. Some of the info is straight forward. Some is not. Also, I saw a video of a step by step disassembly process for completely dismantling Vector. Easy. And very well built to last.
Thank you friend. Thanks to your video, namely the moment 1:56, I was able to restore my robots and set the position of the head and claws to zero point after I disassembled the mechanisms and lubricated them.
@@ljptech You are quite welcome. But here's a thought. An app that works through my tablet where I run my Vector app, but which has no telephony, but should be able to run a VoIP app.
@@healthyandwholelifehacks6979 place on charger. click back button twice. turn the head a little down. lift the hand and then bring it down. twist the head upand then all the way down. it should be still on charging dock and you click his back button. then it goes to this menu and you can take it from the dock.

LJP Tech Ankis Robot is open source if you check their website, so its most likley for them. Im planning on buying one and using their developer api on the robot to make it do anything i want

Thanks! It sounds like everyone already knew about these codes and I didn't? :(

Some of what I wrote I now see was already answered by 1stPCFerret below. I'm no copy cat. Apologies.

ACC = Accelerometer; GYRO = Gyroscope.
Thanks!
Hey I didn't realize you already answered these 2 questions when I wrote my reply. Yup. Typical smartphone functions.
Thanks for your supports :))

Sounds great! But who would do that? I am not a programmer- just a simple guy
CLF is cliff sensor, temp (H) is head and (B) body
Thanks for letting me know
Vector answers me without having to say "Hey Vector"
Really? How?
BeHisLikeness
I
Impossible he's he old mabey he's broken
You just touch the top 🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha, yeah
H Temp means Head temperature and B means body. Head is always hotter than body.
Thank you
The CLF is the cliff or drop sensors
Ah! Righty! Thanks you this!!
Good call. Vector really is driven by a smartphone CPU. Programmers are going to go crazy writing interesting apps and coding.
Yes
LSPEED is probably left wheel speed, RSPEED for the right wheel.
Yes, just like tank movement
Wow I never would have known that! Thanks
You are welcome!:))
Mine won't do that. I click it after the lifting the lift, but it never goes to the other codes. Were you connected to the SDK at the time?
I don't know - it worked at the time but it doesn't seem to anymore...
I’ve got a 899 error code would you know what that is and how to fix it
Contact DDL?
hahaha the ending got me 😂😂😂
lol
I dont see this information i only see the ip, the serial, the os version and the ssid
Sorry to hear that
Same here. Mine does not go past the first screen after the first click.
Please make sure Vector is on his charging dock
