    My "T" had the zip-out plastic rear window. Foolishly, I traded it for something a young guy could afford to maintain (a Honda Civic station wagon but you could fit a full-size washing machine in the back).

    Love it.. I have a 2009 Carrera 3.6 and love that car.. but would also like a classic like yours.

    Down to ever detail that has been my dream car since 4th grade since then when people ask my favorite have asked on my favorite car 1969 Porsche 911 Targa comes out as slurred madman's speech. Some day I will have my red 911

    this, everyone, is why europeans, and germans in general rule at making cars. you know it is good when it can be maintained to its original glory, and drive better than most cars today

    That is not the original steerinģ wheel. It's fròm a much later car.

    What is the difference between the T and the E? You said the T was more reliable better to drive!

      Late reply but for those interested, the T was the base with around 140 bhp, the E had around 170, and the S had 200

      the E (and the S from the same period) used a Bosch fuel injection instead of carbs, most Webers three barrels. T meant Touring, as opposed to sports racing. Cheers !
