My wife is Allergic to Oud, the smell compromises her breathing instantly.. we can't go anywhere these days.

Does it impact your sinuses - it bothers your nose/head when around it?
Does it impact your skin - getting a rash if you attempt to wear it?
Does it impact your breathing like @AlbertaClimber (from another comment)?
