I’ve heard that breaking down long term goals into mini sub goals helps a lot with achieving what you want to accomplish. I don’t know if this is something that you would be interested in, but maybe taking the time to create a “tree” or “road map” that has the long term goal as the finish could be something to try out? Thank you so much for posting these notion videos. I’m trying to set up a notion, myself, so I can organize my ideas. Your videos help a lot!

Reflections journal! I sort of have that. I don’t have a strict schedule with it but it’s a place I always go when I need to record something about my life or thoughts. Also I believe Abby Jimenez is pronounced like jalapeno - at least what I’ve heard others say.

I need some Alexis merch 🤗 obviously with Bennet 😅 I find it easier to hit long term goals when I break them down into months and then weeks so I’m actually doing something for them… otherwise they only live on paper 😅 also getting more specific. Like I will read 10 chapters of this book this week. If it’s too vague it doesn’t stick in my brain. Maybe have monthly and yearly goals in Notion and daily tasks in your paper planner. To me that makes the most practical sense. I like the idea of having a separate gratitude journal. A place just for joy 💛

I feel awful for writing this, but I literally can't stop thinking about it; it's like thinking about a celebrity breakup. Because I don't notice you two talking and referencing each other. Also, what about since you want a job, getting a part time job at the gym you go to? It'll give you more money, you'll be AT the gym so more likely to work out, and it's probably free or reduced membership for employees. Win-win-win, you know? My last idea for you is, crochet your blanikie WHILE learning your foreign language.
