I did my MSc Thesis on the relationship between Psychological Flexibility, Compassion and Psychological Well-Being ^_^ In short, my results suggested that present moment awareness increased Psychological Well-Being through an indirect mediation of defusion and seeing the self-as-context. These in turn led to higher levels of Self-compassion (which increased Psychological Well-Being) :)
This is so great! And what a great result from your thesis. A kind of serial mediation? I really enjoyed speaking with Dr Hayes. What a contribution he has made!!
Oo. I’d have to re-listen. Was it related to PsychFlex, which surveys the person on a daily basis and then after certain periods of time is able to recommend certain process-based treatments or strategies/techniques?
OMG this video is pure gold!
