I've had one for 3 years, use it almost every day. Now I have a bin of soft white wheat and a bin of hard red, plus homegrown flint corn. I just grind what I need when I need it, huge difference in flavor.

I used the Wondermill electric impact mill for years and the cleaning, bulkyness, and the grind of the flour was why I switched to the Mockmill Lino 200. It doesn't heat the grain as much, and the flour is much finer. I find myself using it 2 to 4 times a week, making everything from bread to pasta. Thanks so much for your informative video.

The wondermill does have a bigger counter footprint but it is acutally cleaner. This is bc the flour is contained between the mill and the canister - the chute never needs to be cleaned unlike the Mockmill. Also, the Wondermill never needs to be taken apart.

@@beckypomaville694 the Wondermill is a good machine, no doubt. When I used mine I would have to put it away and take it out. That is a big perk with me for the Mock, I can just leave it on my counter. It really is personal preference. 😊

I think this machine has come closer than most to what I am looking for. It is however priced very high at $798 which is more than i want to pay. Well, I got a deal. I believe I paid less than $500 when I bought mine. So, it wasn't near what they cost now.
There are some times when I mill a lot and thought that I may need the fan for continuous milling which is the main reason I opted for the 200. If I had to do it again knowing what I know now and if I had to pay what they are charging now, I would probably purchase one of the lower priced options. I actually want the Lino 100 for travel.....but I can't justify two of them.....🙈
