The name of the demon behind Speedrunner Mario is called the Speed Demon/Game Genie which is essentially a demon controlling Mario that makes him demonic and evil and forces him to speedrun countless games and gives him superhuman speed and power

So Lucas is in this mood, but the character you play as in the first song and a lot of The Other songs is actually this Real terrorism Boyfriend. They just change his design to fit with the style of the mod. Same with your girlfriend, by the way.
It is kinda just a sonic exe remix mod just with Mario because it is similar to the sonic exe mod songs
