Darth vader needs his own tv series the amount of stories that could be told are endless. I'm looking forward to the kenobi series but I hope after that we get nothing but vader. These comics are amazing they have really enriched the original trilogy

He is just one of the coolest freaking characters and I would love to learn about his origins, training ect ect...Palpatine just has so many layers of secrecy and has so many people serving him who all seem to be in the dark when it comes to knowing about each others existence.

hm... well true , many are stronger together... but that is only measured in how much of it they can affect others with.... so in that crimson case , short of somehow getting ther own death star and having vader on a planet with no transportation of it... ther numbers mean lees about ther ther strength for confrontation... and more about simply 'outlasting' other factions or individuals..
Ochi of Bestoon is an ok character. This story though, it's SO bad, they NEED Vader to sell it. For the REAL story between Empire and Jedi, please see Shadows of the Empire, it's a thousand times greater than this crap...
Look the expanded universe had some good stories but you really need to keep an open mind here. This Vader comic has done more for Vader than most of the EU. The related comics to it have even shown some events from before the OG trilogy and in between each of those movies.

They're just trying to sell us terrible stories using Vader, not through creative story telling. It's lazy, terrible, boring Disney/Marvel... It's sad...
