If that was the case, when a king died, his son wouldn't be aloud to become the next king because he's apparently not royal anymore. About pochahontas being able to talk to John, the lyrics of the song that grandmother Willow sings when they speak with each other say "listen with your heart you will understand." Implies that the don't actually understand each other, but that they are listening with their hearts. They both speak English in the movie for the purpose of us understanding it.
That idea was originally intended as a stopgap--just to have some kind of explanation. When the filmmakers were done with the rest of the movie, they realized that this explanation had no relevant meaning to the story they had just created, so they took it out and left the origin of Elsa's powers as a mystery. Any relevant explanation would have taken too much time, and the movie works fine without one anyway. Obviously, it was good that they took it out also because it gave them a real reason to make the sequel that I'm sure management demanded of them. Now that _Frozen II_ has been released, the original idea doesn't count (not that it ever really did), only the new one.

Well, Maleficent has magical powers that the fairies can't beat, so it would make sense to invite her because if they didn't shed kill their first born daughter, like in the movie. And I don't think the King and Queen want their daughter to be killed.

They thought Merriweather could reverse the spell, but the fairies couldn't reverse/get rid of Maleficent's curse, but they could change it a bit. with Jasmine she blamed herself for Aladdin's death, because that's what Jafar told her. He was executed on the grounds of kidnapping the princess. So she decided it was the responsible thing to stay at home. Also, she didn't ask nor was she okay with meeting Prince Ali he literally just showed up on her front door step and smashed it in with an elephant. She wasn't too keen on his arrival. With Mulan is was kicked out for being a WOMAN, not because she wasn't fit to fight. You really need to rewatch these films again and pay more attention.
Pocahontas could speak English cause grandma willow and nature magic gave them the ability to understand each other, so really she was never speaking English it was only English so the audience could understand what was happening

Correct, it is simply a movie for kids, if they spoke the real language no kid would understand both languages, some wouldn't even understand one, they would have to put word at the bottom of the screen, and some kids can't read so they would have to put an English dub over it anyway, it's better off left the way it is.

When grandma Tala gave Moana the heart she died because of oldness and she didn’t have the heart any more. Also, since Lottie technically kissed Naveen when the clock stroke 12 she was technically in a limbo state (because time is weird) and the spell wouldn't affect her by default. Mama Odie also didn't specifically said Lottie would turn into a frog she just said they wouldn't turn into human if Naveen didn't receive a kiss from Lottie before midnight.

It's not as though people aged differently (no evolution involved here), although they might very well have been forced to mature more quickly because overall people were a lot poorer and had to work harder, earlier in order to scratch up a living. While it was different for the privileged, doing everything earlier back then was the norm for society, so they did the same. Concerning royalty, marriage for business/military alliances was a priority, so the earlier some of them could marry, the better--even much earlier than poor folks (rare, but it happened out of desperation). Some princesses were even married off while still young (single-digit years) children! Back to what you said, 40 wasn't considered that old, as plenty of people lived longer than that--not as many as today, of course, due to modern medicine and potable municipal water supplies, but there were old people around and they weren't 40. :) Some even lived into their 70s and 80s or beyond.

The role of "Disney princess" is passed around extremely loosely. I remember when the "Disney princesses" included Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Ariel, Rapunzel, Jasmin, and Pocahontas. I have a theory that the Queen Of Arendelle is Jack Frost's sister, meaning when she became pregnant with Elsa, the moon told her that in honor of Jack, Elsa would have ice powers. But later on in the movie, the Queen Of Arendelle "Drowned" she really washed on an island with her husband. And gave birth to Tarzan. That idea was originally intended as a stopgap--just to have some kind of explanation. When the filmmakers were done with the rest of the movie, they realized that this explanation had no relevant meaning to the story they had just created, so they took it out and left the origin of Elsa's powers as a mystery. Any relevant explanation would have taken too much time, and the movie works fine without one anyway.
Obviously, it was good that they took it out also because it gave them a real reason to make the sequel that I'm sure management demanded of them. Now that _Frozen II_ has been released, the original idea doesn't count (not that it ever really did), only the new one.

Well, Maleficent has magical powers that the fairies can't beat, so it would make sense to invite her because if they didn't shed kill their first born daughter, like in the movie. And I don't think the King and Queen want their daughter to be killed.

They thought Merriweather could reverse the spell, but the fairies couldn't reverse/get rid of Maleficent's curse, but they could change it a bit. with Jasmine she blamed herself for Aladdin's death, because that's what Jafar told her. He was executed on the grounds of kidnapping the princess. So she decided it was the responsible thing to stay at home. Also, she didn't ask nor was she okay with meeting Prince Ali he literally just showed up on her front door step and smashed it in with an elephant. She wasn't too keen on his arrival. With Mulan is was kicked out for being a WOMAN, not because she wasn't fit to fight. You really need to rewatch these films again and pay more attention.

- Didn't you pay attention to Megara's song? She didn't want to fall in love again, but she was convinced by the muses' urging and she knew that Hercules was the only one who could save the world from Hades. Then there's the part about him saving her life and giving up his godhood to be with her.
- Cinderella's shoe didn't *fall* off, it was unwittingly kicked off because it was a high heel and she was running really fast. Claire's scenes in Jurassic World are lies. High heeled feet + running = bare feet.
- So Ariel's a mermaid, what's your point? Eric still loved her, even after finding that out, and her dad gave her human legs in the end - so that she could live with him.
- I'm pretty sure the guards did scour the woods for Rapunzel, but the tower was in a hidden area that they could never find. Eugene only stumbled upon it by accident himself. And even if they did find the tower, they probably weren't able to find the passage and gave it up for abandoned.
- Accents are just something you pick up when you're learning how to speak and you don't know how long Belle and her dad have been living in France. (He doesn't have an accent either.) They could've just moved there when she was a kid. Don't forget, we're talking about a woman whom the villagers all think is a "funny girl".
- The Beast is a human *turned into* an animal.
- Ariel didn't know what Ursula's plans were. As far as she knew, she'd just become one of Ursula's weeds if she didn't get Eric to kiss her. Only when Scuttle discovered that the woman Eric was about to marry was Ursula in disguise, did she have any idea what Ursula was really up to. And seeing as how Eric ultimately ended up defeating Ursula and saving the day, (after *she* saved *his* life twice, by the way) she actually made a pretty good choice. And she didn't come to it lightly either. Didn't you notice how she hesitated to sign the contract?

If you survived your first couple of years, you had a decent chance of making it into your 40s, and if diseased water doesn't kill you, then you could expect to live considerably longer. It's not as though people aged differently (no evolution involved here), although they might very well have been forced to mature more quickly because overall people were a lot poorer and had to work harder, earlier in order to scratch up a living.
While it was different for the privileged, doing everything earlier back then was the norm for society, so they did the same. Concerning royalty, marriage for business/military alliances was a priority, so the earlier some of them could marry, the better--even much earlier than poor folks (rare, but it happened out of desperation). Some princesses were even married off while still young (single-digit years) children!
Back to what you said, 40 wasn't considered that old, as plenty of people lived longer than that--not as many as today, of course, due to modern medicine and potable municipal water supplies, but there were old people around and they weren't 40. :) Some even lived into their 70s and 80s or beyond.

You will become a Disney princess if you are royalty, so I don’t know why Moana and Anna and Elsa aren’t there. I understand why Alice and Meg aren’t classified as a princess due to the fact that THEY AREN’T ROYAL. Meg would be royal if she stayed with Hercules with the gods but she didn’t.
Mulan is royalty because she married the war general and that was one of the highest positions you could climb to and Pocahontas is because she is the daughter of the chief.

The role of "Disney princess" is passed around extremely loosely. I remember when the "Disney princesses" included Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Ariel, Rapunzel, Jasmin, and Pocahontas.
Now you have Anna, Elsa, Sophia (Sophia the first) and who knows whomever else. So as stated above the role and title of "Disney princess(es)* is extremely loosely handed out

What doesn't make sense about the Megara part? A lot of people have terrible break ups and vow to never love again but end up doing so anyhow. You basically just read the plot of the character. 🤷
The reason the shoes stayed was because they were made purely from magic, everything else was transformed.

The reason Cinderellas shoes didn't disappear is because every other thing (dress, carriage etc.) Was originally there; enchanted to be something else. The shoes, however, Fairy Godmother conjoured out of thin air (at least in the live action)

I have a theory that the Queen Of Arendelle is Jack Frost's sister, meaning when she became pregnant with Elsa, the moon told her that in honor of Jack, Elsa would have ice powers. But later on in the movie, the Queen Of Arendelle "Drowned" she really washed on an island with her husband. And gave birth to Tarzan.
