In all fairness, if the cops hooked into a security camera, they would have had to obtain permission from the court to do this which would have required them to have probably cause (any footage they obtained without the court order would be inadmissible). Jim is not restrained by such petty legal concerns. Even more, the footage that Jim acquires can be used by the cops to give them probable cause for their search. TLDR: if the police did what Jim did, it would be illegal; but the police can legally use what Jim provides.

Imagine being a member of the New Delhi police force, dispatched to this call center, not finding any illegal activity, saying “Sorry to bother you, have a good night!” and THEN coming across this video afterward. They duped you, unfair and unsquare. I'm sure there was enough evidence lying around that lair if they were prepared to search. I'm not familiar with Indian laws regarding search, seizure, warrants, etc. but the place reeks of scam call center scum. Let's see if the existence of this series of videos on DK is enough to take their entire operation down.

so short version the police is only there to protect the rich they dont respond to any crime commited against a poor person.

This will only be fixed when MAJOR businesses STOP outsourcing to India. Microsoft (for example) need to threaten that they will cease operations in India if the Indian Govt don't require to Police to act. I know its not that simple, as Microsoft also see India as a major customer, but perhaps Infocom should be threated by their customers. All these corrupt levels of government understand is money.

I just want to thank you for the work you and your scam baiter friends do. Because of the videos I've seen from you and Scammer Payback, I was able to verify with my bank that an email i had gotten was fake.
The thing that slightly unnerved me a bit while I was on the phone call with my bank (I called the number on the back of the card), it was a middle eastern gentleman I was speaking to 😓😅
The email i recieved stated that my account at the bank was being temporarily closed due to fraudulent charges. I logged into my app, thinking if it was real, I would see something posted as a notice. Nothing. That's when i called the number on the back of my card to have verbal clarification that everything was alright.

I'm retired and disabled and I like to try and pass time with online gaming. However, in comparison to when I was a kid, now, there are so many people cheating, it's really ruining gaming as a whole for everyone.
To make matters worse, most of these cheaters are streamers, and trying to make a career of it.
It would be incredible if we had somebody like you that could expose these people for who and what they really are, it would really be nice to have gaming back is a hobby for all.
    Thank you

hey jim pls make a video on the indians also some of them have useless degree and end up working in these call centers. and indian students also get scammed by the job providers , fake job sites, online IT courses. These are some IT institutes who pretend they are the training centre and them from their contact in HR from MNC they hire people for fresher/experience role (bec. they are training centre) and when they get selected they have to give refereal (admission ) like. if you get 10 LPA Pkg. then you give 10 admission to that institute. pls make video on this topic. these kind of things happening in india.
