All I can say is what you said on life here in Canada is mostly true but overall I found that although you work hard here but your life is more comfortable than in the philippines where you work hard but still struggle with living comfortably. Here you can afford a car or a house cahit installment as long as your working. Aircon ang bahay mo at hindi ka kapos sa pagkain. At kahit ano ang trabaho mo respected ka di gaya sa pinas Kung carpentero ka lang basura ang tingin sa iyo. They call it here dignity of labor. you can eat and go anywhere. If you have kids, free education hangang high school. Most important is your free medical and pension when you retire. Simple lang ang buhay mo ma kaka ipon ka pa. If you are lucky to get a good salary your overall life here is better than in the Philippines. Sa lamig if you are properly dress its not a problem. If you have kids and they grow up and study here they got better future than in the philippines. Ask the old timers here and that is what they will tell you.
Moved in Canada 18 yrs ago, wow time flies. No regrets at all but in 5 years I’ll be retiring and yes, in the Philippines. My kids are professionals now, 1 in the Army, 1 in the RCMP and the youngest a Radiologist. Good luck kabayan

There is a place in Canada that has a very mild winter. Vancouver City and nearby places in BC, however, it is a very expensive city to live in terms of housing and also it rains a lot and most days are very cloudy and makulimlim. There's no such thing as free Healthcare. Canadian taxpayers pay for it through federal and provincial taxation. That's why taxes here are so high. 🙄 Also not everything is free this will depend on which province you live and also your insurance from work (if u have one).good luck!

To be honest hindi ako masyadong nanonood ng mga vlogs but na inganyo ako kasi nabasa ko Yong Expectations vs Reality at naalala ko noong dumating ako dito sa canada kasa noong nag apply along pumunta dito nobody told me na yung mga credentials ko from pinas like diploma ,certificates of trainings, ang experiences sa trabaho at licenses ay hindi ko magagamit dito ,sa medaling SabI I have to start from scratch or start from the bottom at kailangan Kong mag upgrade ng skills ko and to achieve it I need to go back to school ,alam mo na to kaya hindi ko na ikukuento, anyway napagtyagaan ko at nakayanan.dumating ako dito sa Toronto 1990 at nag retire ako last year pero na realize ko na hindi ko kayang tumigil sa bahay buong araw , kaya nag decide ako to go back to work kaya ito working na naman ako.back to my old job ,same company ,same position . But this time 1job na Lang after doing 2jobs for more than 25 years non stop except Kung mag bakasyon.

All I can say is what you said on life here in Canada is mostly true but overall I found that although you work hard here but your life is more comfortable than in the philippines where you work hard but still struggle with living comfortably.
Here you can afford a car or a house cahit installment as long as your working. Aircon ang bahay mo at hindi ka kapos sa pagkain. At kahit ano ang trabaho mo respected ka di gaya sa pinas Kung carpentero ka lang basura ang tingin sa iyo. They call it here dignity of labor. you can eat and go anywhere. If
you have kids, free education hangang high school. Most important is your free medical and pension when you retire.
Simple lang ang buhay mo ma kaka ipon ka pa. If you are lucky to get a good salary your overall life here is better than in the Philippines. Sa lamig if you are properly dress its not a problem.
If you have kids and they grow up and study here they got better future than in the philippines. Ask the old timers here and that is what they will tell you.
Moved in Canada 18 yrs ago, wow time flies. No regrets at all but in 5 years I’ll be retiring and yes, in the Philippines. My kids are professionals now, 1 in the Army, 1 in the RCMP and the youngest a Radiologist. Good luck kabayan

When i was in sydney australia during winter season ang lamig wlaa pa nga snow nagkasakit ako lalo naba dyan sa canada.i was supposed to stay 1month pero mag revoke ako ng flight para umuwi ng maaga.ayoko ng malamig na lugar depressing

Kadarating ko lang last March dto sa Canada. Nung nkpag trabaho na ako naun dto. Dun ko nlaman ang impact ng big difference sa Pinas. Ultimo sa public transport. Uu hightech dto or so on. Pero iba parin tlga ang socialization which is malaking nkakapanibgo even my wife ndi sinabi sakin.
Totoo po yan...3 years na kami dito sa inuupahan namin bahay..hindi pa namin kilala yung kapitbahay namin..hehehehe

Naisip ko.. Looking at the brighter side n lang..or trap in the hole..kasi andyan na kayo s Canada. Siguro somehow may pag sisi din at nag canada kayo.. Kaso sa laki ng ginastos nyo..dapat makabawi at mag paka tatag na lang. Salamat po s nakapa honest nyo n vlog.
Tama po kayo ang laki ng ginastos namin....pero sa loob po ng 2 years ay nabayaran namin agad including mga pagkakatutang na mga dati pa...at the same time ay nabibigyan namin ng allowance ang Magulang namin dahil matatansa na sila...pero kung nasa Pilipinas kami..maaaring hanggang ngayon may utang pa rin kaming malaki at hindi pa rin nakapupundar ng mga properties...But I thank God na inilagay niya kami sa bansang yayakap sa amin at magbibigay sa amin ng mas mgandang oportunidad. To be honest hindi ako masyadong nanonood ng mga vlogs but na inganyo ako kasi nabasa ko Yong Expectations vs Reality at naalala ko noong dumating ako dito sa canada kasa noong nag apply along pumunta dito nobody told me na yung mga credentials ko from pinas like diploma ,certificates of trainings, ang experiences sa trabaho at licenses ay hindi ko magagamit dito ,sa medaling SabI I have to start from scratch or start from the bottom at kailangan Kong mag upgrade ng skills ko and to achieve it I need to go back to school ,alam mo na to kaya hindi ko na ikukuento, anyway napagtyagaan ko at nakayanan.dumating ako dito sa Toronto 1990 at nag retire ako last year pero na realize ko na hindi ko kayang tumigil sa bahay buong araw , kaya nag decide ako to go back to work kaya ito working na naman ako.back to my old job ,same company ,same position . But this time 1job na Lang after doing 2jobs for more than 25 years non stop except Kung mag bakasyon.
