@@mateoblais1290 Yes. You need to go to your inventory and select modules. Have fun selling all the stock modules you dont need anymore. If you got lots of ships, you can get heaps of Credits.😁
Fat Freddy is a fun ship, I just wish she had a little more speed like Bismarck. I've been playing the escort transylavania thing, its a lot of fun, its like airship escort except against bots, and the German bb's really shine in it as well.
I used this ship a lot, power grinding to get the GK in the 3v3 brawls on EU the month before the GK went premium.. it was just insane.. everyone back then was still going full tilt with JB and JB black, and the secondaries just melt french ships.
Great video on the FDG. I still find it ironic that the mainline German BB’s function best with secondary builds. I have been running with vigilance to better dodge the torps but I really miss the IFHE. I think I will use the respec opportunity to fix that.
I think it benefits you greatly if you get up-tiered. I haven’t quantified it if but your damage is pretty solid on the FDG & Pommern. I know it reduces fire chance but with the exception of the Roon most German ships aren’t great fire starters
my Odin has been killing it in ranked. even when some team mates are braindead. it provides so much versatility. Great for brawls, although you gotta use some island cover
FDG is an absolute unit for ranked. The only real downside it has is the back turret fiering angles along with the massive superstructure Secondaries pen everything Hydro should protect you from torps Only Musashi can overmatch your armor Definetly a top tier pick
Is this ship worth getting over Kansas and Iowa. Mostly been focusing on Germany ships. Just started few months ago on US ships. But have alot love for German ships.
It all depends on teammates in current times. Usually most games, despite of game modes, are steamrolls... You always pray that your team mates have some more brain than usual. For example your team had kita and black and still made to kill themselves
What do you think about Illinois in Ranked this season? Eversince it's release you only try it on Randoms. Illinois is a popular ship for Ranked in Asia, but i wonder how would it be in PQ's hand in NA Server
I have Illionos , she is good if you have strong team mates , but if is out of 6 ships is 3vs3 bb , and enemy have Musashi , you wont stand long , I ranked out gold playing just Musashi EZ , but Illinois is not so great pick , to fragile.
Sooo difficult to counter on an even flank when you know whos there.....i would suggest a video on how to disable if possible the enemy front turrets 😮 as german schemes favor this tactic

Yet I have some doubts about you being able to play subs above 20k average, nonetheless you are forming and voicing very strong opinions about them. Any other than Gato, let's go.
They're essentially the same ship, at least hull wise. Fat Freddy has larger guns but fewer of them, (some people say stick with the 406's, but I like the 420's vs Pommerns 380's like Bismarck) and being a premium, Pommern will get you more credits and stuff.
Videos like this are nice because you aren't shitting and pissing yourself about your own bad aim and the aiming system that you voluntarily choose to play with for many years
Nah. I really really have to disagree on this one. The newer german bb:s maybee, that have the mobility, sure. But pommern and FDG are just two big slow pinatas that takes dmg from every corner of the server, plus you have to get into, what, 6-8 km of range for your secondariers to be even remotely accurate at anything smaller than an island. Every single player in the game with more braincells than a banana fly will play those ships to their weakness. Above all its so freakin slow and clumsy that if you get into a situation there are allmost NO way in hell youre getting out of it if needed. Adding inslut to injury that even if its ranked, the meta of the game still is long range spam so if you push in you are bound to get nuked before the 5 minute marked. And thats not even mentioning the absolutely horrible guns angles and torpedoprotection. Not in a million years i would recommend them for ranked.
ranked and brawl is the only time i touch german bb’s. it’s nice to not get farmed out in 30 seconds and actually have an impact

406 guns, reload mod, secondary build and close quaters expert makes your reload go crazy. I even sold the 420 guns.

Same with my Bismarck, I like it a lot everytime I play that Transylvania thing, my secondaries just keep firing. 😂😅

I sold FDG as soon as it was possible to do so. Horrific. But I rarely play Ranked.

Why ifhe? Don’t the main line German BB pen 32mm anyways with the changes they made ages ago? I thought you just did ifhe on the battle cruiser line

Yeah after grinding and getting tier Xs I find that tier VIII and IX is a nice sweet spot in my opinion for not such a sweaty and cheesy experience.
I currently prefer playing Prinz Rupprecht over the FDG. Not that tanky, through, but more reliable main guns and better secondaries. Imho. AND torps.
