Hello there ! thanks so much for being here. This week i suffered an injury right at the start and had to adapt and overcome the hurdles that came along with it! this is never easy for me but at the same time i love and embrace the struggle.
    Much love

Oof, sucks your leg hurts! I'm surprised they have held up for so long, they have had a lot to carry around at the start especially. Running with a lot of weight it real heavy on the legs. Running is prone to injury as well. Maybe this indeed gives you the opportunity to branch out and see what else you might enjoy. I do understand your distress because you can't run atm. It is your way to reset, to get away from it all, your comfort. Did you have a chance to try biking? By all means keep moving. Walking is already a big deal. I can run as much as I would like either, I mix it up with biking and inline skating.
I've had a bit of a shitty few days physically as well. The weather is awkward, it's neither really warm not cold and I constantly misjudge how I should dress. I was feeling weak and a bit bad over the weekend. Not sure if it's the weather messing with me or that I maybe overtrained. Boxing today went well so I hope the extra day off helped me recover a bit.
It's understandable you want to keep checking your weight to see progress. Are you sure you want to do it every few days though? There are quite a few factors that can make our weight jump up and down a bit. Instead I suggest you measure how you feel. You feel for and healthy? Good. I weigh myself once every month, I am excited to see what the scale will say a few days ahead of time every month, but it prevents me from going made over a pound or two.
Don't forget recovery is as important or perhaps more important than exercise itself! It's awesome you enjoy the kettle bell but think of what happened to your leg. I assume the kettle bell is involved in a series of strength exercises. Then for sure give yourself enough recovery. Don't be like be and overtrain. Listen to your body.
Thanks for the cover this week, was a nice surprise!
My headphones ran out of charge almost 20 minutes into the video so I haven't been able to finish it. Maybe I can later, but I have some other things planned this evening I wanna attend to. Thanks for the video. You're badass for showing up every time. Keep it going, just keep it going! See you next monday, much love!

Hey man! thanks as always for the comment! Yeah i feel my legs really did need a rest and time to recover it was tough though as i've come to rely on my runs for stress relief and sort of mental clarity if that makes sense. I didn't get to going biking yet the bike i was going to use was not upto scratch so i may buy one soon! but i've bin smashing some kettlebell workouts that i'm really enjoying and its good to work a bit of strength !
I think sometimes its like a nature flow of emotions really. for me especially when i'm injured and can't exercise as much as i'd like to i really feel a lot of stress build up and of course when its constantly miserable weather it doesn't help! here it has bin really humid as of late its bin annoying as it looks cold outside but then once i get out there i realise the way i'm dressed was a mistake haha!
Yeah i know , i've tried to hold off this week not look at it so much . I guess its because after years of seeing 20, 21 22 stone its something I am super concious of nowadays i used to weigh myself about once every year or something silly so its just me constantly reassuring myself i guess!
lately i have bin doing either a day of doing both a run and kettle bell workout then a day of doing just one or the other and a day of doing none and just walking seems to bit ok so far though as always i'm looking to find that balance around other things like work/gigs etc
      Much love my friend :)
