Hi, I know there are some unclear sections in the Ai implementation for the HR. But it all depends on the data that you feed it. And also If you fully depend on the result of the Ai for a certain work you need it to do, then you better expect a lot of errors. But the goal for now is a little more efficiency and more time management. For example one of our Ai recruiting chat bot. It's goal is like screening so it will make an initial interview asking relevant questions. And gives you a rating on a sheet. We've added the function of sending a mail based on the rating. Another area is consulting where you can make a spasific Ai for consulting in HR trained in companies data. All and all as you said you need to play with the Ai as much as possible to determine the accuracy of it
Couldn't agree more with your emphasis on real problem-solving over AI hype. And that reminder about user perspectives and iterative approaches is music to my ears. Can't wait to see where the AI journey takes us next!
